LOT 613 sits within a very unique hub of the Downtown LA Arts District, surrounded by well known landmark buildings such as the Biscuit Company and Toy Factory Lofts, restaurants like Bestia, Church & State and Urth Caffé, and local bars including Tony’s, Villains Tavern, Everson Royce and Little Bear. LOT 613 is the home of the PROTOTYPE series.
