The studio accommodates up to 150 seated or 250 standing guests and has hosted evening events, art shows, film screenings, musical performances, pop-ups, and private receptions. Spanning more than 7,500 square feet, the venue offers three distinct event spaces — The Wood Room, The Glass Room, and The Beam Room — which can be reserved individually for intimate gatherings or combined into a single grand space for larger celebrations. St. Monica Catholic Community is a Catholic parish located at 725 California Avenue in Santa Monica, California, conveniently situated off the 10 freeway in the heart of the city. The campus offers a range of event spaces that can accommodate gatherings from intimate meetings of 10 to large celebrations of 450 or more guests. The campus includes multiple distinct venues — among them the Grand Pavilion with its adjoining Grand Patio, a full Auditorium, the Learning Commons, the St. Andre Bessette Chapel, and several meeting and community rooms. Spaces are equipped with audiovisual systems, kitchen facilities, and optional add-ons including dance floors, staging, LED lighting, patio heaters, linens, and dinnerware. St. Monica Catholic Community welcomes a wide variety of events including weddings, wedding receptions, quinceañeras, birthday parties, anniversaries, and workshops. All facilities are non-smoking, and the community does not host rentals during Holy Week, Easter, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

Brand Park Community Center is a City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks facility set within the historic Brand Park Memory Garden in Mission Hills, directly across the street from the San Fernando Mission. The park was donated to the city on November 4, 1920 — part of the original land grant of Mission San Fernando de Rey de España — and has served as a gathering place for weddings, birthdays, and quinceañeras for over 80 years. California Historical Landmark No. 150, the grounds preserve the colorful atmosphere of early California mission life. The one-story community center building opened on April 15, 2010, and features a multi-purpose assembly room with high ceilings and exposed wood detailing, an entrance lobby, a serving/warming kitchen, and air conditioning and heat. Combined with the park's outdoor gardens, the facility accommodates up to 120 guests. Tables and chairs are included with all event rentals. Beyond the building, guests have access to scenic rose gardens, a gazebo, trellises, fountains, and hardscape courtyard areas that provide a picturesque backdrop for ceremonies and receptions alike.

Woodland Hills Country Club is a private country club and event venue set in a quiet, tree-lined canyon on the south side of the San Fernando Valley in Woodland Hills, California. The original course was designed in 1925 by renowned architect William "Billy" Bell Sr., and the clubhouse and social spaces have been refreshed to offer a comfortable, modern setting for gatherings of all kinds. The club offers over 20,000 square feet of connected indoor and outdoor private event space. Primary event venues include the Terrace Ballroom — an indoor space featuring a granite-topped bar, ambient lighting, and a permanent stage, renovated in summer 2023 — alongside The Garden, an outdoor lawn ceremony space with a gazebo and panoramic valley views. Additional spaces include the Heights Lounge, Heights Patio, and Sunset Room, which serve cocktail hours, pre-dinner gatherings, and intimate rehearsal dinners. All food and beverage is provided in-house, led by Executive Chef Alfie Salvatierra. Events are coordinated by Rebecca Bauman, Director of Events, who guides planning from the initial inquiry through event completion.

Founded in 1914, the Northridge Woman's Club is a philanthropic, civic, and social organization located at 18401 Lassen Street in Northridge, California — a short distance from California State University, Northridge. For over a century, the club has served the San Fernando Valley community through volunteer service, charitable giving, and scholarships. The clubhouse is available for private event rentals and accommodates up to 150 guests with table seating or 200 guests in theater-style configuration. The main hall features a stage, refinished parquet wood flooring, and warm accent lighting. Additional spaces include an entrance lounge, an outdoor patio, and separate restroom facilities. A warming kitchen is on-site for food staging; ample parking is available directly outside. Guitar Merchant is a music retail store, school, and live performance venue founded in 1999 in West Hills, California, serving the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area. Located at the corner of Fallbrook and Saticoy in West Hills, the business has been recognized as a top-100 music dealer by NAMM for customer service excellence. The venue side of Guitar Merchant — The Stettler Room — hosts weekly open mic nights every Thursday at 7 p.m., live band performances, youth showcases (Kids JAMboree), artist recitals, and album release shows. The space is also available for private rental for recitals, music releases, birthday parties, film shoots, and art shows. Lessons at Guitar Merchant span all instruments and all ages, with instruction available seven days a week.
