The Yankee Clipper Inn is a 1929 Art Deco mansion perched on a rocky oceanfront bluff in Rockport, Massachusetts, 35 miles north of Boston. Built on the former Tuttle Family Estate, the property spans three historic buildings — the main Inn, Quarterdeck House, and the Bulfinch House, a circa-1840 residence attributed to renowned Boston architect Charles Bulfinch, designer of Faneuil Hall and the Massachusetts State House. In addition to an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., Charter Oak Country Club offers three tennis courts, an Olympic-size swimming pool, an adult Jacuzzi and a baby pool, workout fitness facilities, a Grand Ballroom for banquets and functions, as well as casual and formal dining options. Members of Charter Oak enjoy the feeling of belonging to a small, private community; the majority of members are your neighbors or your children's classmates. The Clubhouse at Charter Oak is a 38,000 sq. ft. masterpiece designed in the traditional Georgian style and built in the early 1900s. As you approach the property from the main drive, the splendor of its presentation is breathtaking. With its chandeliers, French doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows, the Grand Ballroom lends a charming, yet comfortable, atmosphere to all events. Our room rental fees range between $1,000 and $3,000, depending on the type of function and the date of the event. An overtime extension of no more than one hour is available at a rate of $275 per half hour and must be requested in advance. Overtime extensions of more than one hour are not available. One rehearsal is included in the $1,500 fee for our onsite outdoor ceremony. The fee also includes setup, additional folding chairs, and one ceremony. In the event that the ceremony must be moved indoors due to inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Grand Ballroom. All activities must be completed by 12:30 a.m. All food and beverages are subject to a 20 percent Club Fee on top of the regular price. The subtotal for food and beverages, as well as the rental fees, are subject to Hudson, Massachusetts Meals & Sales Tax. Charter Oak retains the right to request the use of a Hudson Police Detail for specific functions at its discretion. If it is determined that additional fees are necessary, they will be discussed prior to booking. Charter Oak, in contrast to many other hospitality businesses, is a NO-TIPPING facility. The Club pays all of its employees a generous hourly wage, and our employees are aware that they should not expect any tips or gratuities from Club members, guests, or people who are hosting events at the Club. All food and beverage orders at the Club are subject to a 5% service charge. This Club Charge is not intended to be a gratuity or a tip, and it is not considered such. No portion of the Club Charge is paid directly to any of the club's employees, whether they are regular employees or temporary employees hired for special events. Members, guests, and anyone else who comes into contact with the Club is strongly discouraged from making any additional payments beyond the Club Charge. The Living Room, which is located adjacent to our Grand Ballroom, is the ideal setting for small gatherings, cocktail receptions, showers, and meetings for 25-70 people. It is also available for rental. It is equipped with a fully stocked bar and access to a private balcony with views of our lush golf course, which is ideal during the warmer months. With its oversized fireplace and warm lighting, this space can also be used to create a romantic atmosphere during the cooler months, making it ideal for any occasion or gathering.

Farandnear is an 89-acre reservation in Shirley, Massachusetts, managed by The Trustees of Reservations and available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and other private celebrations. The name traces to the property's origins as a Banks family summer retreat — built in 1902, it sat far enough from Boston for a two-day horse journey yet near enough for a seasonal return. The grounds offer an entirely outdoor setting: wooded trails, fields of wildflowers, an arboretum with more than 80 conifer species, remnants of a historic cranberry bog, and a 10-acre hemlock grove called Paradise. Events are anchored by an open-air pavilion with a fire pit. The Bull Run Restaurant serves as exclusive catering manager for all private events at Farandnear, bringing farm-to-table menus and full-service event coordination to the property.

Needham Golf Club is a private, member-owned club incorporated in 1923 and set on nearly 50 acres of town land in Needham, Massachusetts. The course was designed by Wayne Stiles — a disciple of Donald Ross — and first opened for play in 1901. The current clubhouse, completed in 2011, offers a comfortable setting with a grill room and a covered deck overlooking the first and ninth holes. The club's Function Room accommodates up to 150 guests for events ranging from weddings and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs to corporate retreats and milestone celebrations, with a dance floor available for events that call for it. A smaller Grill Room seats up to 20 guests for more intimate gatherings. An in-house chef and professional food and beverage team handle all catering, with custom menus developed for each event. Non-members are welcome to host events at the club with a member sponsor.
