Klocke Estate is a soil-to-glass Brandy distillery, farm and culinary destination set on one-hundred and sixty acres of farmland in Claverack, New York, five miles from Hudson. We have used regenerative, sustainable agriculture to cultivate sixty acres of vineyards and apple orchards for one purpose—to make exquisite Brandy. Meadow Ridge Farm was founded in the late 19th century by a Manhattan-based financier who commuted by boat to the property’s river beachfront. Covering 100 acres alongside the Hudson, with views of the Berkshire and Catskill mountain ranges that define the Hudson Valley, the farm features meadows of golden grain, woods of black walnut, oak and pine trees, landscaped natural streams and a pond. Its gardens and allées of red maple trees give the farm four seasons of brilliant color and natural charm. The property offers multiple ceremony locations, including a beautiful wooded glade surrounded by towering trees and the Hudson River just beyond where you take your vows. Catskill View Weddings & Events occupies Thor Icelandics, LLC., a working Icelandic horse farm in Claverack, New York — in the heart of Columbia County's Hudson Valley, two hours north of New York City and ten minutes from the city of Hudson. The farm is home to more than 50 Icelandic horses and is recognized as the only Icelandic horse farm in North America that operates as a wedding and event venue. Three distinct outdoor spaces — The Hill, the Upper Track, and the Lower Track — each accommodate up to 300 guests. The Hill commands a full 360-degree, unobstructed view of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountain range, with the sun setting directly over the mountains to the west; it is the venue's signature setting. The Upper Track, nestled in the heart of the farm and enclosed by woods on most sides, offers a more private atmosphere with exceptional acoustics. The Lower Track, located near the barnyard entrance, positions guests among active horse fields with the property's large barn visible in the near distance. The venue operates seasonally from late April through early November and hosts a limited number of events per year to preserve the farm's character. All outdoor amenities — tents, seating, catering, and utilities — are brought in through outside vendors, allowing each event to be fully customized within a landscape that is distinctly its own.

The barn can host up to 180 people and the pavilion is a great place to have a cocktail hour. Owl's Hoot Barn also features an incredible outdoor space where couples can have their wedding ceremony. With multiple spaces, it's easy to have every part of your wedding, including the ceremony, cocktail party, and reception, at Owl's Hoot Barn.

A Tiny House Resort is a 45-acre family-run destination in South Cairo, New York, nestled in the Catskill Mountains about two hours from New York City. Founded in 2017 by three generations of the same family, the property was transformed from an overgrown waterfront parcel into a one-of-a-kind retreat built around creek life and natural beauty.
