Two named spaces anchor the venue. The Chandeleur Pre-Event Space provides over 1,300 square feet of pre-function room with a flexible layout designed to encourage guest interaction and mingling before the main event. The Chandeleur Island Ballroom spans 3,550 square feet and can be configured as one expansive hall or divided into four individually tailored rooms ranging from 595 to 1,225 square feet — a setup that accommodates everything from intimate training sessions to large-scale receptions and wedding celebrations. Beauvoir is a historic estate built in 1852 on 60 acres along the Gulf Coast in Biloxi, Mississippi. The property served as the final residence of Confederate President Jefferson Davis and operates today as a historic house museum. The main house features a distinctive raised cottage design with wraparound porches overlooking the Mississippi Sound. Private events take place across several distinct areas of the grounds: the front lawn, west and east fields, and a heritage rose garden planted with period-appropriate varieties. The Biloxi Visitors Center is a 24,000-square-foot civic landmark on Beach Boulevard alongside the historic Biloxi Lighthouse on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Opened in July 2011, the building was designed to evoke the Dantzler House, a historic antebellum home lost to Hurricane Katrina, with two-story columned porches, a grand staircase, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The facility is available for private parties, corporate functions, weddings, and other celebrations. Its rental options include a second-floor ballroom that accommodates up to 225 guests for receptions — with a dedicated dance floor, connecting meeting rooms, a wraparound porch overlooking the lighthouse and the Mississippi Sound, and kitchen access. A 64-seat theater and several smaller meeting rooms extend the venue's capacity to gatherings of all sizes.
