The Burlingame Masonic Center is a historic event venue located in Burlingame, California. Built in 1927 as the home of Burlingame Lodge No. 400, the building has served the Peninsula community for nearly a century and continues to host weddings, anniversary and birthday celebrations, corporate meetings, and instructional events. The second floor of the building — accessible by both a formal staircase and an elevator — holds two event spaces suited to a range of gathering sizes. The Banquet Room accommodates up to 160 guests for seated dinners, featuring beautiful hardwood floors, large French door windows for natural light, and six dimmable chandeliers. A stage serves musicians or DJ setups, and an adjacent newly remodeled kitchen supports catering. The Lodge Room is a formal two-story space with a working theatrical stage, carpeted floors, a Baby Grand piano, and a balcony organ with full sound and lighting control boards.

Temescal Beach House is a historic lakeside event venue in Oakland's Temescal Regional Recreation Area, situated along the shores of Lake Temescal near the intersection of Highway 13 and Highway 24. The structure was built by the Works Progress Administration and opened to the public in 1940, originally serving as changing facilities for park visitors and the original headquarters of the East Bay Regional Park District. Today the venue is managed by the East Bay Regional Park District and welcomes weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, and private celebrations. The Beach House offers two connected indoor rooms and a large outdoor flagstone patio. The Fireside Room seats up to 56 guests around a gas fireplace, while the adjoining Lakeview Meeting Room seats 24 and features large windows framing views of the calm lake. Together the rooms accommodate up to 80 guests seated or 130 standing. The wraparound flagstone patio — bordered by a vertical garden with panoramic lake views — serves as a popular ceremony and reception extension.
