The new contemporary upper-floor event area is drenched in natural light and complemented with reclaimed wooden finishes, making it ideal for weddings, business parties, non-profit and social events. While two balconies provide 180-degree panoramic views of Lake Washington and the Cascades, a gas fireplace and a classic wooden racing shell provide a warm, inviting environment. French Creek Manor is an all-inclusive private event venue in Snohomish, Washington, set on rustic grounds surrounded by woods and a serene creek. For more than 15 years it has hosted celebrations of every kind — weddings and receptions, quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and celebrations of life among them — drawing on a flexible indoor space that accommodates up to 250 guests. Six acres of forest and a mile of walking trails surround Village Green Community Center, tucked a short walk from the Kingston-Edmonds and Kingston-Seattle Fast Ferry docks and the shops of Kingston's main street. Run largely by community volunteers, the center grew from a founding vision of one place where residents of every age could find fun, support, and community, and that mix still shows in its rental spaces: the Banquet Hall, formed by combining the Community, Windermere, and Blue Heron rooms, holds up to 200 guests for weddings, receptions, and large gatherings, while the smaller Summit Lounge and Meeting Room suit memorials, birthday parties, and business meetings. A commissary kitchen — one of the few available in North Kitsap — along with a picnic pavilion and additional meeting rooms round out the rental offerings, alongside the community's regular slate of senior fitness classes, pickleball and yoga sessions, and arts programming.

Hand-hewn beams from an early-1800s cabin still form the core of the Stone Cottage at Storybook Farm, a structure that predates the property's founding by more than a century. Moses Atwater and Amy Wilson were among the original settlers of the land in the early 1800s; Warren and Mary Barrett later established Storybook Farm in 1955, running a preschool and summer camp there from the early 1960s through the 1980s before Bryan and Lisa Lowrance took over the property in January 2020. Set minutes from Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina, the farm today pairs overnight cabin lodging with a dedicated outdoor event space: a covered picnic shelter and 32-by-20-foot stage inside a 27-by-72-foot pavilion, equipped with a stainless-steel prep station, brick furnace, and firepit. The space has hosted concerts, weddings, festivals, corporate conferences, and workshops, including ProgDay, described by the farm as the world's longest-running progressive rock festival. Four rental cabins on the property - Stone Cottage, Barrett Lodge, Warren's Landing, and Rick's Roost - offer additional lodging, with Warren's Landing occupying the site of the farm's former school cafeteria and classrooms.

Dakota Place Park Building is a historic brick venue set within Dakota Place Park in West Seattle, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and activities along California Avenue. The building pairs original brick and wood floors with updated conveniences like projectors, a flat-screen TV, and surround sound, mixing vintage character with modern function. The venue's main room connects to a smaller side room and opens onto a large outdoor patio and small lawn, giving hosts room to spread a celebration between indoor and outdoor space. It accommodates up to 110 seated guests or 160 standing, making it suited to wedding receptions, community gatherings, and private parties. The space is available for rental from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with facility tours offered on Friday mornings.

Set in the heart of West Seattle's Alaska Junction, the Alki Masonic Center is an 8,000-square-foot building whose 4,000-square-foot banquet hall welcomes weddings, business functions, charitable gatherings, and private parties.
