The Seattle Tennis Club can be found in the quaint neighborhood of Madison Park. It is tucked away on the picturesque shores of Lake Washington and offers breathtaking views of downtown Bellevue, the Cascade Mountain Range, and Mount Rainier. The Club spans approximately eight acres and features approximately twenty-nine tennis courts (six of which are indoor courts and three of which are clay courts), a gymnasium, fitness center, massage room, squash courts, locker rooms, dining rooms, event spaces, a pool, private beach access, a boathouse, and a Tennis Pro Shop. Since the Club's founding in 1890, this venue has been responsible for playing host to the Washington State Open, the most prestigious tennis tournament held within the state. ​ Since its founding in 1890, the Seattle Tennis Club has been responsible for countless unforgettable moments. The Ederer Building, which has a rich history, is where you'll find Metropolist. It's located on 1st Avenue South. The Ederer Crane building was constructed in 1919 and was utilized to manufacture large-scale cranes for use in various construction projects throughout the area. You will find that one of the cranes has been left in our space, which gives events and parties a distinctly industrial and metropolitan atmosphere. We provide you with a variety of room options so that you can make your event stand out from the rest, whether you prefer an open floor plan or a multidimensional space to which you can bring your own vision. The venues at Metropolist allow for complete personalization, which makes it an excellent choice as the location for a wedding, party, or corporate event in the Seattle area. The dramatic effect of an urban industrial warehouse that has walls that are 14 feet high and vaulted ceilings that are 25 feet high, windows that reach from floor to ceiling, exposed piping overhead, and warm and bright wood floors can be evoked by using Metropolist. You are free to explore, transform, and have fun in the spaces provided. Wild Ginger has occupied the corner of 3rd Avenue and Union Street in downtown Seattle, across from Benaroya Hall, since 2000, when founders Rick and Ann Yoder moved the restaurant from its original home below Pike Place Market into a building that once housed a vaudeville theatre. The space was designed by NBBJ, and its basement later became home to The Triple Door, the music and performance venue that opened in 2003. The kitchen draws on recipes gathered from Malaysia, Burma, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong, served family style so guests share dishes across the table, alongside a wine program the restaurant treats with the same care as its food menu. For private dining, the downtown location offers the Lion Room, Dragon Room, Mezzanine Lounge, Union St. Dining Room, and a set of four configurable Mezzanine Rooms that combine to seat up to 64 guests. Between these settings, Wild Ginger accommodates gatherings from an intimate dinner for five to a corporate reception for five hundred, making it a flexible choice for everything from small private dinners to large-scale celebrations.

The Robinswood House Estate is comprised of the Main House and the surrounding grounds, the Cabana, the original 1884 log cabin, and a small barn. The Main House was built in 1895 and has been successfully renovated to retain its original charm. In addition to its own beautifully maintained formal English gardens and outdoor patios, Robinswood House offers sweeping views of Robinswood Park, a 60-acre oasis in the heart of the Eastside. Complimentary public parking is available in the adjacent Robinswood Park lot.

The Musicquarium at The Triple Door is a spacious, self-contained lounge that seats 150. The lounge takes its name from The Triple Door’s dedication to music and the brilliant visual focus of the room, a stunning 1900-gallon freshwater aquarium just inside the entrance. If people-watching doesn’t appeal, the fish-watching is pretty fascinating. The wraparound, U-shaped display bar ranges down the center of The Musicquarium, with a comfortably-arranged mix of tables and a standup bar on the Union Street side, plus seven booths for more private socializing lined up down the opposite side. Discovery Park is Seattle's largest park, a natural area of more than 500 acres occupying most of the former Fort Lawton site on Magnolia Bluff overlooking Puget Sound. The secluded landscape takes in spectacular views of both the Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges, alongside two miles of protected tidal beaches, open meadowlands, dramatic sea cliffs, forest groves, active dunes, and streams — an expanse of quiet and tranquility set apart from the pace of the city. Within the park, Seattle Parks and Recreation offers outdoor ceremony sites well suited to weddings, memorials, and other gatherings framed by nature. The North Bluff, near the Daybreak Star Indian Cultural Center, hosts ceremonies of up to 75 guests, while the Chapel Lawn suits more intimate gatherings of up to 35. Ceremonies take place in a natural, standing-room setting, with couples arranging their own chairs, canopies, and catering through private vendors.

The event space is available for rent to the public and to Members, and includes a full kitchen with a buffet serving counter, commercial refrigerator and freezer and sink, stove, oven, dishwasher and commercial coffee maker. Round and rectangle tables are available for use as well as folding chairs; however dishes, glassware and linens are not provided. The Clubhouse has ample parking and is wheelchair-accessible with ramps to the building entrance and an elevator. In accordance with City of Bellevue noise ordinances, the Club and Bellevue Police enforce a 10:00 PM ending time for all music on weeknights and 11:00 PM on weekends.

Everyone who lives, works, or attends school in Mount Baker is automatically enrolled as a member of the Club. There are no membership dues to pay! The Mount Baker Community Club, founded in 1909, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to providing a meeting area for neighbors to get together, get to know one another, and foster a sense of community. Throughout the year, the Community Club offers a variety of activities and festivities. The Clubhouse can be rented for a variety of purposes, including private events, parties, off-site meetings, and other gatherings. You have the option of renting the full facility or simply the ballroom or conference room. The space is equipped with audio-visual equipment, a range of tables and seats, and a fully functional kitchen. If there is any equipment that we do not have on site, we have excellent working ties with numerous local suppliers that can meet all of your needs at competitive prices. Do you require a caterer?
