Stone Manor Estate & Gardens offers event spaces for your next celebration in Malibu, California. Stone Manor, located high in the Malibu hills, is a little closer to heaven than most places, and it boasts a view that is commensurate with its close proximity to Paradise. The estate, which sits in a secluded cove at the end of its own private road, commands sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, which stretches from Catalina Island to Santa Monica Bay. Moreover, while the panoramic vista is undoubtedly something to behold, the house and grounds are equally impressive. The mansion, with its thick walls and stone façade, is reminiscent of an English manor house in its design and layout. It presides over a series of formally landscaped terraces that step down to the edge of the property and are all set against the backdrop of the sea and the sky, respectively. Ceremonies are usually held on the upper terrace, which is a large U-shaped lawn with a slate aisle running down the center. The bride makes her entrance from the house, where she can see the entire scene below from the top of a stone stairway: guests seated on the grass, a border of fiery bougainvillea and deep green hedges, and the Malibu coastline in the distance. The Lodge Beverly Hills is a historic hunting lodge built over 110 years ago, set on a secluded property just minutes from the heart of Beverly Hills. Originally part of land acquired in the early 1900s by the Anderson family — developers of the Beverly Hills Hotel — the Lodge served for years as a private hideaway for the hotel's most distinguished guests, who arrived by horseback through canyon pathways to dine beneath towering oak and sycamore trees. Rescued from demolition in 2012 and carefully restored, the property retains its Old Hollywood garden character while welcoming a new generation of private events. The grounds accommodate gatherings from 10 to 125 guests, making the venue equally suited to intimate garden parties and larger seated celebrations. Year-round blooming gardens, mature centennial sycamore and oak trees, and a classic footbridge form the backdrop for weddings, private dinners, photo shoots, and garden parties.
