Our Executive Chef can help you create a perfect culinary experience and our sophisticated service staff will execute service with precision. Gold Chiavari chairs are available for $9 per chair, seat cushion and set up included. If guest count exceeds 150 people, more chairs are required to be rented from an outside company for the black banquet chairs, white garden chairs, and the gold Chiavari chairs.

Two main rooms and a large entry hall, totaling 3400 square feet, are available for rental in multiple combinations. * All contracts signed before January 1, 2026 will receive our 2025 pricing, below. Mercantile Immersive is Cincinnati's first 360-degree multi-sensory event space, set inside the historic original Mercantile Building at 120 E 4th St in downtown Cincinnati. Opened in September 2025, the venue reimagines the building's architecture with floor-to-ceiling LED displays, IMAX-quality visuals, spatial audio, and dynamic lighting, creating a fully customizable backdrop for weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations. The venue spans 9,400 square feet across two adjoining rooms and accommodates up to 500 guests. LED displays can be designed to match the colors, branding, or aesthetic of any event, with capabilities that include live camera feeds, logo integration, and programmable lighting. DelightMore, Cincinnati's event design and hospitality group, oversees fully integrated event services -- from coordination and catering to multimedia production -- at the venue.

The Taft Museum of Art occupies the Baum-Longworth-Sinton-Taft historic house at 316 Pike Street in downtown Cincinnati, the city's oldest wooden residence still standing in its original location. Built around 1820, the Federal-style manor became a National Historic Landmark in 1976, in part for its entry hall murals painted by Robert S. Duncanson, the first Black American artist to earn an international reputation. The eight large landscapes Duncanson created here are recognized as the most important pre-Civil War domestic murals in the United States. The museum's collection spans over 800 works, including Chinese porcelains, American furniture, and European decorative arts, displayed throughout the historic house. Three distinct event spaces accommodate private gatherings of nearly any scale: the seasonal Garden Tent seats up to 200 guests on a secluded brick terrace with landscaped grounds, Luther Hall hosts up to 120 guests in a cherry-paneled interior room year-round, and the Fitch Conference Room provides an intimate setting for meetings of up to 12. Seven preferred caterers partner with the museum for food and beverage, and the venue offers complimentary garage parking for 50 vehicles, optional valet service, and digital event layout planning support.

This beautifully restored circa 1817 historic home is perfect for small parties, rehearsal dinners, or intimate wedding receptions. Includes use of lawn area and outdoor gazebo. Housed in a restored 1867 German Gothic church in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, The Transept is a historic event venue occupying the fully preserved building that once served as Old St. John's Church, the first German-American church in Cincinnati. The building retains its original architectural grandeur: 170-year-old high-beamed ceilings, Gothic chandeliers, stained glass windows, exposed brick, ornate windows, and a fully restored stage. Four distinct event spaces accommodate gatherings from intimate meetings to large-scale celebrations. The Assembly, the venue's largest space, seats 220 and stands 400 guests beneath soaring vaulted ceilings with a grand private entrance from Elm Street. Smaller spaces -- The Agreeing Room, The North Tap Room, and The Registrar -- host between 40 and 75 guests each in settings rich with vintage detail. Catering and bar services are provided in-house by DelightMore, the venue's hospitality operator.

The Penthaus OTR Event Center, situated atop The Strietmann Center, provides a large indoor event space and rooftop patio with 360-degree panoramic views of Over-the-Rhine, downtown Cincinnati, the West End, and Mt. Adams. Beyond the signature event spaces, the park grounds include a 12,000-square-foot dog park, a 7,000-square-foot interactive water feature, and an 18,000-square-foot children's playground. The Woodward Theater is a historic Beaux-Arts music hall located at 1404 Main Street in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Originally constructed in 1913 as a silent film house, the building closed during the Great Depression before returning to life after a comprehensive year-long renovation that included new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a newly constructed stage. The theater reopened in 2014 as a full-service venue for live shows, film screenings, weddings, and private events. The hall accommodates gatherings from 60 to 600 guests, with seated arrangements for up to 200. Professional event staff support weddings, private parties, community events, and fundraisers. The theater is ADA compliant with accessible entry and bathrooms, and is situated within Over-the-Rhine, home to the largest continuous historical district of Italianate buildings in the world.
