One On One Recording Studios is a state of the art recording studio in Los Angeles offering professional audio engineering and mixing services to both major and independent record labels in the music industry. Our beautiful downtown Los Angeles Cider House is perfect for every occasion. Escape to our hideaway in the ever growing River Station where you can relax the mind, restore your body, and enjoy the Coastal Oasis. Venue Rental Capabilities include: Parties, events, corporate outings, meeting and work space, weddings, pop-up events, photoshoots and videography. Please note: Pricing is determined on venue space rather than head count of events. All rental time slots must include proper set up and break down as well. Starting rental fee starts at $500/hour minimum of 4 hours. $2200 for 1/2 day ($550 per hour additional beyond 4) or $3500 for the full day. This price is based on rental outside of regular business hours. Business hours are 9am to 8pm daily. Rental fee for entire space will depend on size of event. Please Note: We offer separate rates for photoshoots/videography shoots. If the facility is required to be shut down for the day, the maximum rental fee will be applied. Please inquire for additional information and rates. Overtime: For shoots and larger events, if over 12 hours are requested in a single day, there will be additional fees for overtime (no longer guaranteeing the daily rate and subject to hourly overtime rates after 12 hours). Loading and Unloading: If loading and unloading are requested before and after the event, spanning more than 2 hours, there will be an additional fee for those days. The loading and unloading fees will be 50% of the daily rental rate, and will include 5 hours the day before and 5 hours the day after the event. Amenities: Exposed Beams, High Ceiling, Loading Bay/Loading Dock, Patio, Concrete Floor, Colored Walls, Converted Warehouse, Industrial Warehouse, Storage/Bulk Warehouse, Beverages on site, Large Patio, Greenery, Built in Seating, Additional Bar, Parking lot access, easy loading and unloading. Beverage Packages: Our amazing Ciders will be offered to any rental at a discounted rate. Please inquire for additional information. We have a large warehouse that can accommodate delivery of decorations, props, and equipment prior to the event when given notice beforehand. Parking: Our private parking lot is available for an additional rental fee. Loading and Unloading can be scheduled for events, as well as for private parking capabilities on the day of the event. Additional parking is available at the end of the street in a private lot, as well as ample street parking outside. Cleaning: Fee is not included in rental price Security Deposit Requirements and Policy: We request a 25% security deposit due 60 days prior to the booking date or at the time of reservation (if there are fewer than 60 days to the event). The security deposit will be returned 5-7 business days after completion of the event. The security deposit intends to protect us in case any unforeseen damage to the property occurs. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations to be made up to 30 days prior to the reservation date for a full refund of the reservation and security deposit. If cancellations are made within 30 days of the event, the security deposit will be refunded.

Built in 1906, The Huron Substation is a stunning historical landmark originally used to serve downtown’s Yellow Car streetcar system. This one-of-a-kind building now offers guests the opportunity to experience the grandeur and majesty of a bygone era in Los Angeles, with modern amenities and style. The elegance and unique historical character of the building make it a perfect setting for any wedding ceremony, private event, or luxury experience. The main floor hosts a magnificent grand hall with century-old brick walls, arched windows, 8’ wide chandelier, concrete flooring, and 45-foot cathedral-like ceiling with exposed steel beams. A fire the building survived in the 1980s left a stunning black patina across the historic brick walls. An open staircase leads up to a 1,500-square-foot mezzanine above the main level. Large dramatic barn doors open up to the gorgeous outdoor courtyard with a planted garden, industrial deco fountain, and bistro lighting, the perfect space for an al fresco dining experience.

The Sepulveda Screening Room is a professional screening facility located at 1640 South Sepulveda Boulevard in West Los Angeles, operated by Screening Services Group under the direction of guild and studio projectionist Michael S. Hall, who brings more than 48 years of industry experience to the facility. The venue is part of a union-affiliated network ranked highest among small screening rooms by Variety magazine. The main theater seats 65 to 71 guests on stadium-style cushioned seats and supports an extensive range of professional formats including Dolby ATMOS, DCP 2D and 3D, 4K Christie DLP, Blu-ray, and HDCAM-SR, with a screen measuring up to 12'6" by 23'9". Additional rentable spaces include an art gallery and a patio available on evenings and weekends. The facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and offers free Wi-Fi and underground parking.

Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook is a 58-acre California State Park perched at 420 feet elevation in Culver City, southwest of downtown Los Angeles. From the summit, panoramic views sweep across the Los Angeles Basin, the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica and San Gabriel Mountains, and the Palos Verdes Peninsula — a setting that makes it one of the most distinctive event venues in the region. The park's Visitor Center houses a glass-and-concrete pavilion, a native plant garden, a Skyline Terrace, a small theater, and a conference room — collectively accommodating gatherings from intimate meetings to receptions of up to 200 guests. The Pavilion and its adjacent outdoor spaces are available for weddings, corporate retreats, educational events, and cultural celebrations. Rentals include tables, chairs, and on-site parking. All food service must be provided by a licensed caterer, and the facility is fully accessible. Events at Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook are coordinated through the California State Parks special events office.
