Part of the Screening Services Group — ranked highest in Variety's "Small is Beautiful" — the venue combines a professional-grade cinema with an adjacent art gallery curated by Husar Fine Art, offering a distinctive setting for film events, receptions, and private gatherings. The screening room seats 49 to 50 guests in a dedicated theater with a 9'3" by 18'7" screen, stadium-style rows spaced six feet apart, Dolby Atmos audio, and 2K and 4K Christie DLP projection supporting 2D and 3D formats. The space is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alongside the cinema, the art gallery — with its hardwood floors, track lighting, and rotating exhibitions — accommodates receptions and stand-alone events, with tables and chairs included in the rental.
