WEDDINGS AT PALMER VINEYARDS Set in 55 acres of lush vineyards, Palmer offers a romantic and unique setting for your wedding day. The Tasting House overlooks lush vineyards and enjoys lovely, North Fork, sunset views. Guests can enjoy the Deck or kick up their heels in the 19th-century English Pub Tasting Room Site Rental Palmer Vineyards is closed to public the day of your wedding. We rent our space out to our guests for a 6 hour time frame. The rental fee is $15,000 on Saturdays and $12,000 on any other day of the week. This includes the use of our entire grounds, including the Tasting Room, Back Patio, Lawn Area, Pavilion and Farm House. Staffing and Security There is a $800 staffing fee for the use of Palmer Vineyards employees. 5 total staff members. This includes 2 managers and 3 servers on premise throughout the duration of the wedding. Palmer Staff is NOT responsible for the set up or breakdown of any party rentals, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and wedding décor. Palmer Vineyards requires the use of security to be present during the duration of the wedding. This is a fee of $200 is to be paid by the licensee. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests during the wedding. Wine Wedding parties are required to purchase a minimum of 5 cases of wine at a 20% discount. You can mix and match various wines. Palmer Vineyards has the ability to pour NYS produced beer at the cost of the licensee. Any other alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless the proper contracts and permits are executed. Security Deposit A security deposit of $1,000 is due at the signing of the contract. This deposit is to protect Palmer Vineyards of any damages that may occur during the event. Payment All costs above are subject to NYS Sales Tax. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the site rental is due at the signing of your contract. The remaining balance including the remainder of the Site Fee, The Staffing and Security Fee, and the Wine Purchase is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to pay in full 30 days prior to the event, the deposit is forfeited and Palmer Vineyards is free to rent the space that day. Limitations -PALMER is not licensed for food or liquor consumption. That is between you and your caterer. -While PALMER carries adequate insurance, for your own protection you need to evaluate what insurance you should get for any liability or damage that can occur to you or your guests on or off premise, or any liability or damage caused by you or your guests. -Most wedding parties have hired buses to transport their guests to protect them from driving while intoxicated and we strongly recommend you do the same for your own and your guests protection and happiness. -Please make sure you and your caterer agree to leave the premises in as good and clean a condition as when you arrived. The security deposit will be used to cover the cost of any damages to Palmer property and or additional garbage removal. -Local conditions require that there is no amplified music outdoors after 10pm. -Your security deposit will be refunded after you have settled your bill including wines and any other services we may have provided, such as cleaning or garbage disposal or repairs. -PALMER is only renting the space and is not liable in any for anything that may go wrong. Should PALMER be found liable, the wedding party agrees hereby to limit PALMER’s liability to no more than $100 and agrees further to indemnify PALMER for any liability that may result out of renting you the facility for your wedding party.

Three Ducks is a boutique hotel and event venue in the heart of Westhampton Beach, NY, approximately 90 minutes from New York City. We proudly present Sparkling Pointe, an architectural beauty set in the style of an elegant French Country Manor. From the soaring double-height tasting room, exquisite Venetian Crystal Chandeliers, to the mesmerizing vineyard views, this opulent venue dazzles the senses and is the perfect setting for your special day. Events are held inside the Tasting House or as outdoor tented affairs on our large terrace. We can accommodate up to 120 guests seated inside and up to 250 on the terrace. The VIP Bubble Room includes a bridal suite with fireplace, full service bar, and private powder room. Our Tasting House venue sits at the edge of a ten acre vineyard which is available for ceremonies and photo opportunities at no additional charge. SITE FEE The Sparkling Pointe full venue site fee is based upon the seasonality of North Fork Wine Country Tourism. Fees range from $2,000 to $22,000, varying based on day of week, month, season, and holidays. Weddings & Events are available year round with hours from 6pm - 11pm Additional hours may be added for a fee. FOOD AND WINE SERVICE We work with an elite group of preferred caterers who can offer a variety of options and specially designed menus to fit your needs. They will also assist you with all necessary rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and china. Sparkling Pointe Bubbly for your toast is included with the rental and additional Sparkling Wine may be purchased at a 10% discounted rate. All other wine and alcoholic beverages are arranged for, purchased, and served directly by your caterer. ADDITIONAL VENDORS Having a wedding at Sparkling Pointe is extremely unique and involves hand-selecting vendors such as caterers, tents, florists, music, etc. Sparkling Pointe has a full list of recommended vendors for your convenience. We welcome new non-catering vendors for approval based on appropriate licensing and insurance. STAFFING Although Sparkling Pointe is only the venue for your wedding, we will work to guide you as you plan with your caterer and other vendors. The main staffing for your event including venue set up, food service, bartenders, venue breakdown, etc. will be provided directly by your caterer. Members of the Sparkling Pointe staff will also be on-site during your event to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The Southold Historical Museum was established in 1960 to "promote interest in and education about Southold's history, as well as to bring together those who wish to discover, acquire, preserve, maintain, and exhibit historic sites, buildings, and relics." The Southold Historical Museum protects and interprets artifacts that engage, educate, and connect visitors to the history and culture of Southold. We support programs that encourage the long-term preservation of our cultural heritage. The Southold Historical Museum is one of the most important cultural institutions on Long Island's North Fork. The Museum, which opened in 1960, is dedicated to preserving and interpreting our region's rich history. The Museum does this through maintaining a headquarters and archive, as well as a number of historically noteworthy buildings that house some of the Museum's large collections. Enjoy! Territory Acknowledgement: The museum is situated on Corchaug Nation land. There is no history of Southold without the history of Corchaug. Welcome to The Old Field Vineyards, a very special place for your very special day. Set way back from the Main Road lies the vineyard, the great lawn and Southold Bay. Your guests arrive and saunter down the farm road, past the grape loaded vines towards the sparkling bay. With seats set up for the ceremony and to provide a walkway, you enter through the arches and walk across the green lawn towards towards your intended with the bay behind them. Following the ceremony, guests roam the great lawn in front of our 1850s home, or hang on the sandy beach enjoying a cocktail, the view and the privacy. When dinner is ready, everyone moves into the reception tent to celebrate your union, as the moon rises over Shelter Island. What could be more perfect! The Old Field is the only vineyard on Peconic Bay with a private beach to host your special event. Weddings and parties are held outdoors and under a tent from June 15th through September 15th, and we can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests. Wedding / Party Basics: Most of our “day” weddings begin around 3:30 PM and run until 12:00 AM. Music in order to be in compliance with The Town of Southold is to be off by 10:30 PM. Wine purchases are given 15% off the case price, excluding our sparkling wine. We ask that you pour our wines only. A property manager representing The Old Field on the day of the event is required. The Old Field supplies the venue which includes 500 feet of lawn and 600 feet of beach front, electricity and non potable water for cleaning up. The wedding party/ licensee is responsible for supplying their tent, portable toilets, caterer, band/DJ, party supplies, flowers and anything else they require for their event. We have a list of approved vendors to guide you with your choice. All garbage removal is the responsibility of the Licensee and is typically handled, at your request, by the caterer. Certificates of insurance naming a) The Old Field Vineyards and (b) Christian F. Baiz and Rosamond Phelps Baiz as additional insured are required from the Licensees and all vendors coming on the property for $1,000,000.00, $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your site fee is due at the contract signing. The other half is due thirty days prior to the event, accompanied with a $1500.00 Security Deposit.

There is room for caterers and entertainment, modern electric service, and an open floor plan that allows for various table sizes and setups, bands and dj’s. At 1,500 square feet, smaller functions can be accommodated directly in the barn while the use of a tent supplements the barn for larger events. The Naugles Barn has been featured in Style Me Pretty, Rustic Wedding Chic, TLC’s “Secret Wedding” show, Edible East End and Well Wed Magazine and is the perfect choice for people seeking an authentic and memorable event experience. FEES All fees directly support the not-for-profit mission of Hallockville Museum Farm, and the upkeep of 19 historic buildings here on the 28-acre museum campus. The Fine Print & General Policies Only one event can be accommodated in the Naugles Barn at a time and availability is subject to Hallockville’s public event schedule. A site fee is provided in person during your scheduled visit or over the phone once we have had a chance to discuss the particulars of your event. A non-refundable 50% site fee deposit is required at time of reservation along with an additional security deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due in installments leading up to your event date. The security deposit, less any costs subtracted to cover damage or other losses to the facility, will be returned promptly after the event. All renters must obtain a Comprehensive General Liability policy that names Hallockville as an Additional Insured with coverage limits specified in the contract agreement between Hallockville and the renter. The renter will provide a Certificate of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the event. The renter’s caterer will also need to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Self-service of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Only fully insured caterers or beverage vendors with a liquor license from the NYS Liquor Authority, are permitted to bring and serve alcoholic beverages on site. At your event, all alcoholic beverages must be served by a professionally-trained and TIPS and/or ATAP-certified bartender. The renter is responsible for obtaining any other permits (e. g., tent) that are required for the event. The museum is located in Riverhead Town, which does require the filing of tent permits through it’s Fire Marshal’s office.
