Friedman Farms is a rustic barn wedding and event venue in Dallas, Pennsylvania, roughly 15 minutes from Wilkes-Barre and centrally positioned between Philadelphia and New York City. Operating since 2006, it describes itself as the original barn wedding venue in Northeast Pennsylvania. The property spans more than 150 acres of rolling fields, horse pastures, and willow trees, with a landscape-lit stream, a stone bridge, and a flagstone fireplace among its grounds. The Main Barn is a 7,600-square-foot reception space that accommodates up to 200 guests, outfitted with crystal chandeliers, climate control, and a bar. Couples can choose from three outdoor ceremony sites — a hilltop, the flagstone fireplace, and a gazebo — with an indoor loft available as a weather backup, plus a dining room and a cocktail-hour deck overlooking the grounds. Friedman Farms is part of the Friedman Hospitality Group, which also operates several area restaurants that serve as house caterers for events at the barn. The venue is pet-friendly and available for bookings Tuesday through Sunday.

The Beaumont Inn sits on 50 acres of the Back Mountain in Dallas, Pennsylvania — a setting the name itself nods to, drawn from "beau-mont," or beautiful mountain. Built in 1948 and extensively renovated after Robert Friedman acquired the property in 2013, the Inn pairs a fine-dining restaurant and ten individually designed guest rooms with grounds shaped for events: a botanical garden with more than 200 plant varieties in bloom from March through November, and a two-tiered, 3,500-square-foot flagstone patio and terrace overlooking Leonard's Creek, warmed by gas fire pits and café lighting. For weddings and private events, the Grande Pavilion offers a climate-controlled space for up to 300 guests, with a dance floor and a layout that adapts from intimate dinners to full-scale receptions. Couples can also hold ceremonies on the outdoor grounds before moving into the pavilion for dinner and dancing. Wedding packages include a cocktail hour, several hours of open bar, a plated reception dinner, and full-service planning support from the venue's events team, with on-site overnight accommodations available for wedding parties.
