Our beautifully landscaped walkways and buildings designed in a Mediterranean style are sure to enchant you. When you enter the Ballroom, the sophisticated chandeliers, domed windows, hard wood dance floor, and plush carpet will contribute to the atmosphere of your wedding. We welcome outside caterers who are properly licensed and insured, and our kitchen facilities are among the most modern in the industry. We are able to perform the ceremony either inside or outside under a tent. At the entrance, the architecture, which is inspired by the Mediterranean, and the walkways, which are beautifully landscaped, will welcome your guests in grand fashion. As soon as they step inside, guests have the opportunity to mingle in the upscale foyer before entering one of the ballrooms that is widely considered to be among the most elegantly appointed in all of Central Florida. Up to four hundred guests can be seated at a time in our Agape Ballroom (up to 325 with dancing). For a ceremony or a business meeting set up in theater style, the Aegean Room has the capacity to hold up to 150 guests, and it can host up to 120 guests for a reception (up to 80 guests with dancing). Our stunning brand-new outdoor pavilion can comfortably host up to 400 guests at a time. Our experienced event staff is here to help you with any and all aspects of the wedding planning process, from assisting you with the selection of wedding vendors to answering any questions you may have about our one-of-a-kind venue. At every event, from the time it is set up until the time it is cleaned up, we have a representative present on-site.

Deer Island Country Club is a semi-private golf facility set on a scenic landscape in Tavares, Florida, where citrus groves, horse farms, and abundant wildlife frame an 18-hole course. The club welcomes both members and the public for golf, dining, and private gatherings. The Old Florida-style Clubhouse serves as the primary event space, accommodating up to 50 guests in a warm, residential atmosphere with vaulted ceilings, a full bar with light food service, and lake-side pool access. The Highland Manor can be found tucked away on secluded grounds in Apopka, surrounded by ancient oak trees, and is steeped in history dating back 110 years. The Apopka landmark was once a magnificent private residence, but it has since been transformed into one of the most prestigious event venues in Central Florida. Dubsdread Catering is the sole provider of catering services at this location. Come pay us a visit and you can find yourself on our sweeping veranda looking out over ancient oaks, rolling scenic vistas, and gracious spaces. The large, sprawling house has native woodwork and a metal roof, both of which add to its authentic and endearing qualities. The Crystal Ballroom, the Oak Room, and the Verandah, with its many glass windows, make for an ideal setting for buffets, while ceremonies or receptions are best held in the Crystal Ballroom or the Oak Room. The large bar area is both grand and spacious, making it suitable for hosting a variety of intimate cocktail functions. The gently sloping lawn that is shaded by oak trees provides breathtakingly beautiful natural settings for wedding photographs and videos. Those in search of a gorgeous natural setting for their wedding choose to have their ceremony under one of the grand oak trees instead of other venues. At The Highland Manor, weddings and other events are only produced by Dubsdread Catering, the venue's official caterer. We are able to provide you with the appropriate function room, meeting facility, or conference center for your occasion, whether it be a business event or a gathering of family and friends. To accommodate future brides, we offer a luxurious bridal suite that offers sufficient space for all of the members of the bridal party. YMCA Camp Winona has welcomed groups to its 68 secluded acres of oak and pine forest on the shores of spring-fed Lake Winona since 1919. Located in De Leon Springs, Florida, and operated by the Volusia-Flagler Family YMCA, the camp offers a natural lakeside setting for retreats, reunions, seminars, and private events throughout the year. The main event anchor is a fully air-conditioned dining hall that seats up to 200 guests — a central gathering space well suited to large group meals, receptions, and indoor programming. Club Pelican Bay is a private, member-owned club set on nearly 240 acres in Naples, Florida. Founded in 1980, the club is home to 27 holes of championship golf spread across three nine-hole courses named Club, Pelican, and Bay — each designed by architect Arthur Hills and certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. The Garden Room at Carver Park is a City of Eustis facility available for mid-size private events in Eustis, Florida. The Eustis Woman's Club is a Classical Revival landmark at 227 North Center Street in Eustis, Florida, listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places since 1991. The building traces its origins to 1902, when a group of women founded it as a community gathering space. Today it operates as a city-managed event venue available for weddings, receptions, meetings, and private celebrations. The main hall seats 100 guests and accommodates up to 156 for cocktail-style receptions. Cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, a stage, a balcony, and a courtyard with a gazebo give the space a range of options for ceremony and celebration alike. The rental includes tables and chairs, a full commercial kitchen, PA system with microphones, projector and screen, a piano, and two green rooms. Outside caterers are welcome, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.

The Eustis Community Center sits along the shores of Lake Eustis at 601 Northshore Drive, offering a lakeside setting for private events in Central Florida. The high-ceiling banquet hall accommodates up to 400 guests and features a dance floor, stage, and full-service commercial kitchen — making it a practical choice for weddings, receptions, banquets, and community celebrations. The rental includes tables, chairs, elegant lighting, a podium, microphones, a PA system, Wi-Fi, and a projector with screen. The hall can be configured three ways: banquet with dance floor for up to 200 guests, banquet without dance floor for up to 250, or theater-style for up to 400. Adjacent to the center is Pendleton Park, with a playground, gazebo, and access to the Lake Eustis Walkway.
