Killens Pond Nature Center is a LEED Silver-certified event facility set within Killens Pond State Park in Kent County, Delaware. Designed by GWWO Architects and recognized with AIA Delaware and AIA Baltimore design awards, the building sits at the transition between hardwood forest and a 75-acre pond — hovering at the water's edge and connecting interior spaces to the surrounding landscape through wide expanses of glass. The two-level center offers distinct gathering environments suited to meetings and celebrations alike. The upper level meeting room overlooks Killens Pond and opens onto an observation deck, while the lower level leads directly to a small amphitheater at the pond's edge. A separate exhibit area features a live collection of native reptiles and amphibians, adding an educational dimension uncommon in typical event venues. The building's sustainable design is itself a conversation piece: a visible rainwater recovery cistern, geothermal heating and cooling, and on-site wastewater treatment reflect the center's commitment to the landscape it inhabits. Audio/visual equipment is available on-site, and the facility is fully accessible. Full Nature Center rentals (evenings only) accommodate up to 150 guests.

Worsell Manor is a historic estate in Warwick, Maryland, built on land first surveyed in 1683 for Major Peter Sayer near the Bohemia River. The property — recognized by architectural historians as one of the finest remaining early Georgian houses in Cecil County — spans 50 acres of manicured grounds and gardens in the mid-Atlantic region, easily reachable from Philadelphia, Wilmington, Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington D.C. The main reception space is a high-ceilinged barn positioned beside a wooded glen and the Manor fountain garden, accommodating up to 200 guests. The 1683 Manor House itself offers a brick-floored sun porch overlooking the grounds, multiple fireplaces, tall windows, and a state-of-the-art kitchen and bar room. Four bedrooms on the second floor and two on the third floor make the Manor available for bridal party accommodations and extended-weekend stays. The venue serves weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events, with cottage and hotel options within 10 minutes to support multi-day gatherings.

The Anchorage is a historic estate and event venue set on three acres of manicured grounds along Maryland's Eastern Shore. The original structure dates to 1710, with the main Georgian manor house — featuring wide plank floors, elaborate wood moldings, and a paneled fanlight doorway — added in 1835 by Commodore Jacob Jones. The property has since been updated to welcome weddings, social celebrations, corporate retreats, and multi-day group gatherings. The venue accommodates a range of event formats. The Chesapeake Bay Room, an enclosed porch, handles indoor gatherings of up to 40 guests. The grounds support outdoor ceremonies and receptions of varying sizes, with a pool area suited to cocktail hours.
