De Graslanden barn, built in the early 1900s, is antique with a modern twist. This two-story event venue, which was once a dairy barn, has been renovated into a classic and exquisite wedding and event barn with all of the modern conveniences you and your guests expect for your wedding. Bluestem Farm, located in Hebron, Illinois, is surrounded by 140 acres of prairie and a few family farms, and will provide you with the rural, quiet environment you desire. Bluestem Farm also has a variety of accommodation, dining, retail, and overall experience alternatives. Stay in The Farmhouse, our special rental home. Only 3 miles away, with capacity for up to 18 people. Shanghai Room and Beijing Room, our private dining rooms, are ideal for a small cocktail party, rehearsal dinner, business meeting, or special occasion. We can accommodate groups of 10 to 250 people for a one-of-a-kind dining experience that includes traditional Chinese food and a fresh sushi variety. Koi offers a wide range of alternatives whether you're organizing a sushi night with the girls, a corporate meal, a family event, or celebrating the holidays... For them, we have sushi platters, complete trays of your favorite Chinese meal, and individual lunch or supper bowls. For additional information, please contact events@koievanston.com. The Merrick Rose Garden features hundreds of beautiful rose bushes, as well as the historic Fountain Square Centennial Fountain. The Garden is located at Lake Street and Oak Avenue, one block east of Ridge Avenue. In 2003, new garden lighting and irrigation systems were installed and the retaining walls were reconstructed. The Merrick Rose Garden is a popular location for small weddings or special occasions, as well as for wedding photographs.

Lonesome Rose, a 'borderlands' idea concentrating on the rich cultural history of the regional states of northern Mexico and the southwestern United States, is the perfect private dining spot. Lonesome Rose is an accessible, imaginative take on the best of these border regions, opening early and staying open (very) late. With an open and airy area, wood elements, and a lot of plants for design, the vibe is reminiscent of southern California. Bistro Campagne has been a fixture of Chicago's Lincoln Square neighborhood since opening in 2002. The restaurant was founded on a commitment to organic ingredients and sustainable, low-impact agriculture — a philosophy established by founder Chef Michael Altenberg and carried forward by the current team under Executive Chef Adam Grandt. The kitchen's menu rotates seasonally around French bistro cuisine, complemented by an all-French wine list, local and European beers, and craft cocktails made with house-made components. For private events, Bistro Campagne offers The Cottage, an intimate space that seats up to 48 guests. Designed in a blend of Prairie School and French provincial styles, The Cottage is available for full and partial rentals, with access to the patio and outdoor garden when weather allows. The venue is well suited for celebrations, dinners, and gatherings that benefit from the attentive, neighborhood-restaurant atmosphere the restaurant has maintained for over two decades.

In medieval Ireland, a snug was a private area with its own entrance from the street and its own access to the bar, reserved only for ladies. We decided to open the Snug at the same time as the temperance movement began in Evanston to accommodate folks searching for a small private party area to enjoy our freshly-made drinks and our local fair. It has enough space for a cocktail party of up to 15 people or a seated meal for 10-14 people, as well as plenty of furniture and a huge window. Our dining room can handle a corporate lunch as well as a traditional family-style supper.. Whatever your requirements, we will do all we can to meet them. If you would want to listen to your own music, we offer audiovisual possibilities with our Sharp HD television and iPod ports. We can accommodate a party of 20 or less in a private dining experience by opening up our pre-cocktail window for you and your friends to enjoy. The Beacon Room, located on the second floor, is a semi-private area that can accommodate a group of 55 people for an intimate meal or a cocktail party for 65 people. The rental of the Beacon Room will include exclusive usage of the 2nd Floor Bar Area, which is located on the second floor of the building. For larger gatherings (over 50 people), the Beacon Room may be paired with the Hayloft room, which has a kitchen with plenty of chairs. Our Hay Loft, which is located upstairs and is fully private, can accommodate a party of 30 people for a sit-down romantic dinner or a cocktail party for 35 people. A cocktail event for up to 110 people may be held in conjunction with the Beacon Room, which can accommodate 80 people sitting down.

Longman & Eagle is a modern spin on a traditional Chicago inn, located in the Logan Square district of Chicago, USA, and offering thoughtful, imaginative drinking, eating, and sleeping alternatives. Longman & Eagle has a variety of private dining options for seated dinners, brunches, and cocktail gatherings. Whiskey tasting programs with a guide are also available: - Groups of 10 to 20 people - Tastings run Tuesday through Thursday - Rare bottles, L&E favorites, and whiskey essentials are all available for tasting. Much of the city's early social life focused on establishments like The Eagle, The Green Tree, and The Sauganash, and the history here is both colorful and rich. TASTINGS OF WINE In-Depth Tastings of Wine An entertaining and educational approach to learn about wines. Our knowledgeable team will provide information about the specific wineries, types of grapes, geographical areas, and a variety of other factors that combine to make each of the wines distinct and special, as well as information about the wines themselves. Wine tastings on a more casual basis The wines will be personalized to your preferences, and we will provide tasting notes, but we will encourage your guests to taste and sample casually between themselves. Food We offer a large menu that may be readily customized to meet the needs of your special occasion. For larger groups, we collaborate with our Executive Chef For to create custom menus that include everything from a Tapas Throw-Down to a Tuscan Farmhouse Dinner, a Taste of the South of France, and a New World Feast, among other options. Please scroll down for more information on our spaces. The Brewers' Lounge, located on the second story of our original brewpub at 2323 N. Milwaukee Ave., first opened its doors in 2011. In the approximately 2,500 square feet of event area, hand carved mahogany and exposed brick create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The walls and light fixtures are adorned with upcycled bourbon barrel scraps. Huge windows flood the space with light and provide a view of Logan Square's lively neighborhood. There's plenty of room for entertainment or presentations with built-in A/V and a stage. The Tap Room, located at 3340 N. Kedzie Ave in the Avondale area, first opened its doors in 2012. Natural light floods in through windows lining the top of the space, which have high 30 foot ceilings. Our brewery's inner workings, including our state-of-the-art canning line, are visible through a floor-to-ceiling glass wall. A stunning backdrop for your next big event is a rack of barrels loaded with beer. The growth of the American beer scene has been nothing short of spectacular. We are pleased with what we have accomplished in such a short period of time to become an industry leader and pioneer. Hawthorne Race Course has served as Chicago's hometown track since 1891, making it the oldest sporting venue in Illinois. The fourth-generation family-owned facility sits in Stickney, just outside Chicago, and holds a distinction no other track in the country can claim: it is the only race course that hosts both Thoroughbred and Standardbred racing under the same roof. The main venue accommodates group events alongside live racing on Thursdays and Sundays, offering guests the backdrop of an active track with multiple large-screen viewing areas and food and beverage service throughout. For groups, the combination of live racing atmosphere and on-site dining creates an experience that goes well beyond a typical event space.
