Great Central Brewing Company was founded in 2015 by two friends who are passionate about beer, like bringing their ideas to life, and want to make a positive contribution to the craft beer world. It was named after the Great Central Train Station, which was once the hub of our country's economy. We hope you like the beer! Trains circulated through Chicago like veins and arteries, linking people, places, and plans. Chicago was a city of veins and arteries. Makers from all over the world gathered to the Great Central Marketplace to trade their wares and ideas with one another. That is why we are known as Great Central Brewing Company; we want to pay tribute to this "great central" legacy via everything we make as a team. We create excellent, time-tested beers. We are not influenced by fashion and believe in what is always wonderful. Club Lucky is the most popular restaurant in Bucktown/Wicker Park, specializing on traditional Italian cuisine served in a family-style setting. The interior is inspired by a 1940s dinner club, a one-of-a-kind cocktail lounge, and a private dining room on the edge of becoming a 1950s speakeasy. With everything from the vintage martini shaker collection to the big tables and booths to the cozy lighting, you and your friends will feel right at home. There are several solutions available to meet your preferences as well as your financial constraints. We recommend a meal that includes an Appetizer, Salad, Pasta Entrée, House Specialty Entrée, and Dessert. Public Landing Banquets occupies a historic setting inside the Gaylord Building in downtown Lockport, Illinois — a limestone structure with exposed brick walls, wooden beam ceilings, and a connection to the Illinois & Michigan Canal corridor that gives the property genuine architectural character. The venue's event floor, operated as The Loft at Public Landing, offers three distinct spaces. The Loft is the main room, accommodating 50 to 160 guests for weddings, large banquets, and celebrations, with balcony access overlooking the Riverwalk and Lincoln Landing. The Board Room and The State Room each host up to 50 guests, suited to showers, corporate meetings, and intimate gatherings. All three spaces include white linen table cloths, black napkins, black chiavari chairs, glassware, and silverware in the rental. The building is fully wheelchair accessible, with dedicated handicap parking and elevator access to all event floors. In-house catering and bar service are provided, and the venue accommodates outside vendors including DJs, bands, florists, photographers, and bakers.

The Mitz is a premier landmark building set in the Wicker Park area, just minutes away from Downtown Chicago. The most aesthetically elaborate of the 19 facilities commissioned, this historic structure was built in 1918 and is one of three extant municipal bathhouses. Originally erected in the early 1900s with a cobbler as the first owner, the building was then converted into a zinc foundry, where it stood for almost 50 years. The foundry was also said to be the location where Oscars were cast! We took over the property and completed a thorough restoration, transforming it into a modern, open-concept photography studio while keeping the building's industrial feel. We've had the pleasure of hosting a number of incredible projects with some incredibly talented clients from all over the country. This room is ready for your next project, whether it's photography, video, casting, or something else else. Mia Francesca is an Italian trattoria in Chicago's Lake View neighborhood, where the concept was born in 1992 when chef Scott Harris opened the original location with a vision for bold, rustic cooking rooted in the cuisine of Rome and the surrounding regions of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio. The restaurant was among the first in Chicago to offer a casually sophisticated trattoria atmosphere — simple, flavorful food served with genuine warmth at fair prices. Sono Wood Fired is a Tuscany-influenced restaurant and event venue at 800 S. Clark Street in Chicago, operated by Good Eats Group. The kitchen centers on a wood-fired oven, producing handcrafted pizzas, starters, salads, and desserts rooted in Italian culinary tradition. The restaurant has earned four Michelin Recommendations and has been a part of the Chicago dining scene since 2010. Bruna’s is located at 2424 S. Oakley Ave, near the southwest side of Chicago, only 12 minutes from the Loop. It is a convenient location for dinner before or after events at Soldier Field, Guaranteed Rate Stadium, United Center, McCormick Place and Wintrust Arena. "Bella Bruna" is an Italian name for "Bella Bruna." Bruna's was founded by Cani in 1933, the same year that prohibition was lifted. With a long history as Chicago's third-oldest Italian restaurant, Bruna's swiftly established a reputation for offering out substantial quantities in a vibrant, neighborhood setting. Bruna would dance on the bar as her clients sung in the background when she wasn't busy cooking for them. It was still possible to find her daughter Marylyn (Mickey), who passed away in 2013 at the age of 94, relaxing on a neighborhood bench when the weather was nice. Bruna's legacy continues to live on through Chicago lore, and until recently, you could find her relaxing on a neighborhood bench when the weather was nice. Following a bout with illness, Bruna decided to sell the restaurant to Luciano Silvestri in 1981. There was a lot in common between the two of them. Both were originally from the central Italian area of Tuscany, and they both had a penchant for traditional Italian cuisine. Several of Bruna's original recipes were kept, and Luciano added several of his own family's valued Italian specialties to the menu, which became a hit with the customers. Because Luciano is originally from Siena, Italy, he regularly returns to his hometown to seek culinary inspiration. He began working in the restaurant sector at an early age, and has since traveled widely around Switzerland and London. A native of Como, Italy, Luciano spent his early years working at the world-renowned Villa d'Este resort and aboard cruise ships for the Sitmar and Princess lines until settling in Chicago in 1977. Bruna's is today recognized for a diverse selection of pasta dishes, tender veal, and, of course, Bella Bruna's original roast chicken recipe, which is still served every Sunday at Bruna's Restaurant. It's also the location of what many consider to be the greatest tiramisu in the city, which is made by Luciano himself. Bruna's has a large wine list that is dominated by Italian wines, with a few Californian selections thrown in for good measure. Wines such as the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, which is produced near Luciano's homeland in Italy, are also imported by Bruna's. The Vino Nobile is available by the glass and by the bottle at the winery. Luciano is usually found welcoming clients, serving wine, and preparing espresso shots for the establishment.
