The Mariner III is a 122-foot classic motor yacht built in 1926, available for private charter in New York City from late spring through mid-fall and in Palm Beach, Florida during the winter months. Docked at Pier 60, Chelsea Piers during the New York season, the vessel offers panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge from its open-air decks and salon. Weddings at Union is the wedding program of Union Congregational Church, a century-old stone church on a wide residential street in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. The sanctuary seats up to 400 guests beneath timbered ceilings lit by iron chandeliers and surrounded by Tiffany stained glass windows — an architectural setting uncommon outside historic houses of worship. For smaller celebrations, the Assembly Room accommodates up to 100 guests and comes equipped with 60-inch round tables and chairs. The manicured grounds surrounding the building, with shaped topiary and open lawn, offer additional space for wedding photographs. A Director of Music is available to play organ and piano and can help arrange additional instruments for the ceremony. BRIC is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit arts and media organization that has shaped the borough's cultural landscape for over four decades. BRIC House, its home at 647 Fulton Street in the Cultural District, occupies a repurposed Strand Theater building and sits alongside BAM Harvey, the Mark Morris Dance Center, and Theatre for a New Audience. The venue's five rentable spaces span a broad range of event formats. The 3,600-square-foot Ballroom — with a 20-by-36-foot raised stage, retractable raked seating, and a sprung floor — accommodates up to 250 guests theater-style, 260 for seated dinners, and 440 standing.
