Its main building, Villa Firenze, was originally built in New York State around 1850 using timber-frame construction, then carefully transported to the property and restored; the surrounding buildings were designed in the same old Italian style, with tile roofs and warm exterior tones. When Katy and Justin took over a portion of their family business and transformed the event rental company into Sweet Sunday Events in 2009, they were involved in the Austin wedding industry for the first time. Sweet Sunday Event Rentals and Resources swiftly established itself as a top supplier for wedding planning, floral design, and event rentals in Central Texas. As a full-service design firm, Katy and Justin received press coverage in a variety of national and regional publications, including Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, The Knot, and a plethora of others. As the company expanded, Katy went to courses taught by some of the top designers in the nation and started her own floral design company, Without Wax, Katy. Through it, Katy gained widespread acclaim as a top designer, not just in Austin and Central Texas but also across the entire State, planning weddings for brides and grooms there as well. However, Katy and Justin always had bigger plans in mind. They wanted to build the wedding site they had looked for but couldn't locate when they first got married years earlier. A contemporary, industrial warehouse atmosphere that wasn't present at the time in Austin or Central Texas. A place you could enter where the architecture and surroundings did the most of the job for you. Something distinctively industrial, yet soft, delicate, and romantic enough to provide an intimate setting for a wedding. As luck would have it, Justin happened to pass a building with a for sale by owner sign nailed into the lawn one day when he was out making an event delivery to the nearby university in Georgetown, Southwestern. He thought it was cool because it was close to the famous Square and immediately called Katy, saying, "You might think I'm crazy but..." The Union on Eighth, the region's first industrial arena, was thereafter established. Nine years later, Katy and Justin were prepared to bring new life to another historic property. The Wish Well House was introduced in August 2021, and the rest is history.

Market at the Mill is a multi-building complex centered on a central courtyard with open areas and patios for vendors and customers. The original layout and style of the historic Dansby Feed Mills business, which has been a landmark in downtown Clifton since the early 1930's, is closely replicated in the design of the new buildings. Market at the Mill is the ideal location for a wedding, reception, special event, corporate party, or family reunion because the materials from the original structures were salvaged and repurposed in the new buildings to capture the nostalgia of the location. It also has a retail space, which offers customers a fun and unique shopping experience in addition to the event space. It had been a landmark in downtown Clifton for many years when the Dansby Feed Mills closed its doors. Andy and Lisa Horn purchased the property and restored it to its former glory, making it a unique addition to the Clifton experience for visitors. Construction of the buildings was completed using only the carefully salvaged interior and exterior materials from the original structures. The layout of the buildings, as well as their elevations and styles, were preserved in their original form. Besides providing an exceptional shopping experience, the main building and the other two buildings can be rented out for special events to create a one-of-a-kind event venue. An expansive courtyard and covered pavilion are also available for guests to enjoy a beverage while sampling food from popular mobile food trucks. Come see hundreds of exotic animals and a gorgeous Western town! On the ranch, we have three luxury cabins that can accommodate a total of 27 guests. Create a one-of-a-kind event with a Texas dance hall and an old-time bar. Up to 350 people can be accommodated in our 7,000 square foot air-conditioned space.
