South Union Shaker Village, located in Auburn, Kentucky, offers two distinct event settings on its historic 18-acre grounds: the 1869 South Union Hotel and the surrounding Meadows. The Hotel — one of the last surviving 19th-century railroad hotels in the region — was built by the South Union Shakers to serve Victorian-era rail travelers and today accommodates up to 60 seated guests across three dining rooms and an enclosed sun porch, alongside a catering kitchen for licensed caterers. Outdoors, three meadow areas spread across the grounds provide flexible ceremony and reception space for gatherings of up to 120 guests, with access to restrooms, a kitchen, changing rooms, and electrical service in the Visitor Center. The combination of a well-preserved historic interior and open Kentucky landscape makes South Union an adaptable choice for weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings.

South Union Shaker Village is a historic site in Auburn, Kentucky, preserving the legacy of a Shaker community that flourished from 1807 until 1922. Nine original structures remain on the grounds, including the 1824 Centre House and the 1875 Grain Barn, each restored to reflect the craftsmanship and communal values that defined Shaker life. For private events, the village offers two distinct settings. The Meadows provide an open-air pastoral backdrop with three location options — the North Meadow behind the Visitor Center, the Barn Meadow in front of the historic grain barn, and the Ministry Meadow in a grove behind the Ministry Shop — each accommodating up to 120 guests with access to restrooms, a kitchen, and electric service. The South Union Hotel, built in 1869 as a railroad hotel, hosts smaller gatherings of approximately 60 guests on its first floor, which includes three dining rooms, an enclosed sun porch suited to buffet service, and a large catering kitchen. Both spaces welcome licensed outside caterers and live or recorded music, and the grounds serve as a backdrop for photography throughout an event day.

Lost River Cave is a 72-acre urban park and 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Bowling Green, Kentucky, home to the only underground boat tour in the state. Managed by Friends of the Lost River, Inc., the park combines a rare natural setting — a cave river, hiking trails, a butterfly habitat, and a riverwalk — with two distinct event venues available for weddings, private celebrations, and group gatherings. The Historic Cavern Nite Club is the park's signature event space, set within one of the largest cave entrances in the United States. The venue accommodates up to 300 guests from June through mid-October and features an original 1930s bandstand and bar, a crystal chandelier, white drapery with cascading lights, and golf cart transportation for guests. Clients may select their own vendors and have access to the grounds beginning at 8:00 a.m. for setup. The River Birch Room offers a more intimate option for up to 60 guests, available year-round in flexible four-hour rental blocks. The room is equipped with tables and chairs, a kitchenette, private restrooms, a 75-inch display with soundbar, and whiteboards — making it well-suited for showers, birthday parties, corporate meetings, and smaller receptions.

The Venue at 939 Adams is a historic event center in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, housed in one of the largest freestanding historic buildings in the city. The building dates to 1914 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places — it originally served as a tobacco processing facility and later became famous as the home of Mammoth Cave Twist. The space opened as an event venue in May 2017 and retains much of its original industrial character, including original hardwood floors and exposed brick. The venue spans more than 12,000 square feet across three stories and accommodates up to 720 guests, with seating for up to 400. The main event floor features a stage, a 32-foot wood-top bar with a pre-Civil War bathtub built into it, and a surround sound system that carries both indoors and out. A 2,000-square-foot private outdoor patio offers additional space for cocktail hours and receptions. Private preparation suites for the wedding party are also available on site. The venue welcomes weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations of all kinds, with a fully open vendor policy that gives clients full flexibility in selecting their catering and other service providers.

La Gala is a family-owned event venue in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, occupying 10,000 square feet of renovated space in a converted car dealership within Circus Square Park. Founded in 2013 by Zeljko and Anelija Simic, whose family also operated the Brickyard Cafe since 1998, the venue was named for three family members — Laurie, Gabi, and Nella — and is now managed by their daughter Laurie Simic. The venue offers two distinct rental spaces: the Ballroom, which accommodates up to 450 guests seated or around 250 in a church-style ceremony layout, and the Showroom, which holds up to 120 guests seated or approximately 60 for ceremonies. Together they support a wide range of celebrations — weddings, quinceañeras, proms, corporate events, nonprofit galas, class reunions, and concerts. La Gala provides full-service in-house catering with customizable menus, beverage and bar packages, and a complete furniture and dinnerware inventory that includes gold chiavari chairs, wooden and plastic tables, linens, ceramic plates, and silverware. Sound equipment, projectors, and staging are available as additional rentals. Two onsite parking lots and a free 700-car garage across the street serve guests.

Housed in the historic L&N Depot in Bowling Green, Kentucky, the Historic RailPark & Train Museum occupies a 1925 train station that once served over 20 departures per day along the Louisville and Nashville line. The building is a recognized national historic landmark, and its original hand-laid Italian tile floors and arched windows remain intact throughout the event spaces. The venue offers several distinct rental options within the Depot and along its 450-foot stretch of track. The Grand L&N Lobby accommodates up to 100 guests for seated dinners and up to 150 for receptions, while the adjacent Meeting Room holds up to 60 guests and includes a built-in beverage bar. For smaller gatherings, the restored 1949 Duncan Hines Dining Car seats up to 48 guests, and the 1911 Presidential Office Car provides an intimate private setting for parties of up to six. One-day wedding packages include full access to indoor tables and chairs, setup and breakdown, and use through midnight. The venue also accommodates rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, office events, and corporate meetings. A preferred list of decorating and catering partners is available to renters.

EPIC Event Centre is a dedicated event venue in Gallatin, Tennessee, founded in 2011 by Chef Christopher, who launched his catering business in 2002 before opening the venue itself. It operates as a family-owned business, with CEO Brenda leading alongside the couple's two sons, who now manage kitchen operations and daily business. The venue's spaces include the Jackson Ballroom and Johnson Hall, both climate-controlled ballrooms with high ceilings, along with the more intimate Honey Bee and Firefly rooms and the outdoor Courtyard, which features a large pavilion, a rock water feature, and an iron gazebo. Rentals include tables, chairs, and setup and breakdown, making the spaces suited to weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings of varying sizes. On-site catering is handled by Chef Christopher's Catering, and the venue holds its own liquor license for bar service. EPIC Event Centre was named the SBA's 2018 Rural Small Business of the Year for Tennessee.

The Pick Inn is a family-owned event venue in Gallatin, Tennessee, about 40 minutes north of Nashville and directly across the street from Bledsoe Creek State Park. The property was purchased from Joy and Jesse McReynolds of the bluegrass duo "Jim & Jesse" — the venue's name is a nod to Jesse, since a fiddle player is traditionally called a "picker" in bluegrass music. Father-daughter owners Don Mercer and Amanda Jackson took over and renovated the property in 2015 after Amanda was married there in 2014, and have since hosted more than 250 weddings on site. The venue offers three areas to choose from, including a covered and heated pavilion, making it suited to both rustic and elegant celebrations in any season. A rustic log cabin on the property gives wedding parties space to get ready before the ceremony. Beyond weddings, The Pick Inn hosts receptions, corporate events, company picnics, reunions, showers, and birthday parties, with in-house services spanning catering, floral design through Pick Inn Petals, DJ services, and full setup and teardown coordination.

VENUE 109 is an event space north of Nashville, located across from Rivergate Mall in Madison, Tennessee. The all-wood venue accommodates approximately 150 to 250 guests depending on the type of event, and hosts weddings, wedding receptions, bridal showers, and private parties. For smaller celebrations, VENUE 109 also offers a micro wedding package for guest lists of about 20 to 50 people, geared toward couples who want an intimate setting without a large-scale production. Every rental includes tables, chairs, linens, TVs, and a premium sound and lighting system, and the venue is handicap accessible. The space doubles as a live music venue, outfitted with a Behringer X32 mixing board, a full drum set, stage monitors, powered EV speakers, stage lighting, a live camera feed, and microphones, with the all-wood construction lending natural acoustics. VENUE 109 is led by co-founders Nichole R. Mason and Keith L. Mason, whose team coordinates catering, bar service, and event logistics from start to finish.
