The Dallas Woman's Forum purchased the building in 1930, and it was refurbished and redecorated in 1967. The front columns, which are made of Vermont granite and are two storeys tall, are a focal point. The gateway roof is supported by the columns, and the entablature that surrounds the roof is basic in design.
