From May to late October, an elegant white peaked tent with chandeliers and bistro lighting is erected alongside the wedding grass in the tranquil setting of the estate grounds, with an accompanying cobblestone patio. For intimate weddings in late Fall, Winter, and Spring, you will have exclusive use of the mansion's first floor and two gorgeous suites. Weather allowing, a garden ceremony may be possible. The mansion's first floor is an ideal location for social gatherings throughout the year. Rich wood paneling, excellent imported marble fireplaces, and magnificent architectural elements adorn the interior rooms, adding elegance to every occasion. The estate's gardens are connected to the inside rooms, inviting guests to stroll outside and take in the breathtaking scenery. For your next conference of 5 to 100 people, reserve one or more of the Stevens Estate's formal rooms, or the seasonal tent for up to 250 people. There are a variety of meeting room configurations available, as well as several breakout and refreshment areas. Refreshment Spaces and Aces The Moses Stevens Estate at Osgood Hill in North Andover is one of the greatest intact examples of Aesthetic Design in North America, with over one hundred acres of magnificent New England surroundings. The National Register of Historic Places currently includes the 143-acre estate and its buildings. The mansion's exquisite interiors capture the drama of each day in ever-changing conditions of sunlight and shade, with a slogan of "art for the sake of art, beauty for the sake of beauty." The best backdrop for any event is lush landscaping, gardens, and forest walks. Each of the estate's red-brick and riverstone structures is distinct and intriguing, embracing their natural environment as they did over a century ago. The Stevens Estate at Osgood Hill is one of the best preserved examples of the late-nineteenth-century Aesthetic Design Movement. Its tranquil, natural location inspires and enriches visitors, much as it did the carpenters and masons whose work continues to surprise visitors today. The Town of North Andover now owns the Stevens Estate at Osgood Hill, which is maintained by Fireside Catering. A part of the proceeds from our events is re-invested in the estate to help restore and maintain the mansion, estate buildings, and grounds. Five bathrooms have just been restored to their former glory, with magnificent rich colors, antique fixtures, and many original features. By booking The Stevens Estate for your wedding, social event, or meeting, you are assisting in the preservation of this magnificent estate for future generations.

Take Chef Anthony Sasso, a 13-year veteran of Michelin starred Casa Mono, and put him at the helm of an Italian restaurant and you will find Italian cuisine the way you might discover it while travelling across Spain. Located on the Plaza Level of Chelsea’s storied Maritime Hotel, La Sirena offers two distinct dining experiences. The Dining Room speaks to an elegant, more traditional multi-coursed meal. The Bar Room represents a relaxed extension of The Dining Room, fitting whether you’re looking for snacks, a full meal, or you just want to dive head first into a bowl of pasta and call it a day. The menu, which draws from the entire Italian peninsula, may be ordered either “prezzo fisso” or a la carte and is punctuated with a selection of inventive desserts by Pastry Chef Thea Habjanic, ending every meal on a sweet note. During the warmer months, La Sirena features a sprawling 4000 square foot patio, uniquely situated one story above street level, providing an unparalleled al fresco drinking and dining experience. His unique open kitchen and fish market, double-height ceilings, walls of windows, and two mezzanine-level private dining rooms created the groundwork for what would become New York's and the world's standard bearer for Mediterranean cuisine and the freshest, most exquisite ingredients. A chic blue and white nautical aesthetic inspired by the restaurant's waterfront location has been implemented throughout the space, which also includes striped Venetian flooring, Murano chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Cipriani Downtown Miami was designed by Florentine architect Michele Bonan. The restaurant's approximately 8,000 square foot area is divided into two floors, and it features outside waterfront dining for a total of over 400 people, as well as private event facilities for the most exclusive gatherings. Four generations have transformed a single restaurant into a world-renowned hospitality brand known for its distinctive settings and exceptional service around the globe. The Venetian room is the ideal venue for hosting the most exclusive private parties in the city. Its décor, which includes floor to ceiling windows, striped Venetian flooring, Murano chandeliers, walnut wood, and polished steel, is similar to that of the classic restaurant.
