Offering about 12,000 square feet of exhibition space in a converted industrial warehouse, Faurschou New York, is located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. The Faurschou Foundation was established in 2011 by Mr. Faurschou after decades as gallery owner focusing on international contemporary art. Faurschou New York and Chef Refslund represent a perfect partnership, as they compliment each other’s stunning collections of inspirations. Terroir represents the sum of natural forces: soil condition, sun, wind, and rain. When we eat food that expresses terroir, we feel connected to a particular area of land and sea, and its unique characteristics, and by extension, to the people that live there, their struggles and sensibilities. Thus, Chef Refslund’s menus feature a naturalistic and hyperseasonal cuisine, with a clearly defined focus on vegetables indigenous to the region, seasonal bounty and honoring the Earth’s cycles.

Reduced rates are available for Sunday and weekday evenings. This private estate was built on 10 acres and is a unique space with indoor and outdoor seating options accommodating up to 150 people. Most couples prefer to be married under the shady oak trees with the rock wall waterfall as the back drop to their ceremony. House on the Hill is known for being flexible to work with and budget friendly. You can bring in your own vendors, food and alcohol and we do not require a TABC certified bartender or security. All rentals include tables & chairs.

Our decision to embrace this new name is rooted in the rich history of our 100-year-old Georgian-style mansion. The estate was named Floriana by its original owner, Anna Pingree Peabody in 1903, and this change symbolizes the deep connection we have with the property’s storied past. Floriana is ideally suited for groups of 80-140 guests during the months of November to April. Additionally, our Tidewater Sailcloth tent offers a perfect space for larger gatherings, accommodating groups from 125-200 guests from May to October. Approach the 100-year-old Georgian-style mansion via a private drive, creating anticipation for the unforgettable moments that await. Ascend the historic grand stairway to discover elegantly furnished getting-ready suites with private bathrooms for the wedding couple, adding a touch of grandeur to your day. The versatile space accommodates events ranging from small gatherings to large scale productions including product launches, corporate receptions, sit-down dinners, photography / video shoots, fashion shows, art shows, film screenings, and dances parties. Capacities for events at Mezzanine SF range from 75 to 1,000. Mezzanine SF offers a full-service professional event staff and all the services necessary for the creation and execution of your event, including but not limited to catering, audio, lighting, entertainment booking, management, and custom décor. Mint Plaza (located immediately adjacent to Mezzanine SF), is also available for those who wish to host joint indoor/outdoor events or tented and open-air events.

The Courses at Forest Park is a public golf and event destination set within Forest Park, one of the nation's largest urban parks, minutes from downtown St. Louis. Originally established over a century ago and redesigned in the early 2000s by Hale Irwin's firm, the facility features 27 holes across three distinct nine-hole layouts — Hawthorne, Dogwood, and Redbud — alongside an award-winning clubhouse with panoramic views of the course, a lake, and a waterfall. The clubhouse hosts weddings, corporate functions, fundraising galas, and social celebrations for up to 300 guests. The Champions Room features floor-to-ceiling windows, 16-foot ceilings, and a skylight, with a garden trellis for outdoor ceremonies and a covered verandah overlooking the fairways. For smaller gatherings, the Golf School Room accommodates up to 50 with a fireplace and private entrance, and the Tournament & Event Pavilion seats up to 180 with an outdoor fireplace, cooking station, and full sound and lighting. Dedicated event coordinators and customizable catering are available for all occasions.
