Intricate bronze, gold, and wrought iron décor is lighted by superbly designed custom-made chandeliers in our ballrooms. On our enormous built-in 26′ x 26′ dance floor, which is illuminated by a cascade of lights and surrounded by music from our state-of-the-art ‘club quality' sound system, you may dance the night away. A built-in stage, DJ booth, and a magnificent bride and groom's suite are all available in our Grand Ballroom. Located on the Old Town Alexandria waterfront, BARCA (Spanish for boat) styles shipyard chic and Catalonian coastal influence into a waterfront Pier and Wine Bar. Both indoor and outdoor spaces serve up Spanish-Mediterranean small plates, wine, sangria, and cocktails. Built out on the water, Barca Pier is a modern version of the traditional Spanish beach bars, or chiringuitos. Constructed out of shipping containers, Barca Pier features al fresco dining, with seating for 200 guests at tables, a large bar, and lounge areas partially covered by retractable awnings. Sip, nosh, and soak up the sun along the majestic Potomac River against the backdrop of the Nation's Capital in the distance. Barca's menu highlights small plates / tapas with Mediterranean, Greek, Italian, and Moroccan flavors. Located on the waterfront in historic Old Town Alexandria, Barca Wine Bar is an intimate space, adorned in rich, vibrant jewel toned walls, and sophisticated, brushed gold lighting fixtures. Perfect for cocktail receptions or casual gatherings up to 50 guests (indoors & outdoors, combined), Barca Wine Bar features a vast selection of unique wines from around the world. Our venue has a one-of-a-kind environment that allows you to design the ideal celebration for your special occasion. John Stefanon of JFS Design Studio, a well-known interior designer, designed the interior of HAVA Lounge. HAVA Lounge's design elements were influenced by a significant attention to history and emotion. Originally intended to serve as the theater's ladies lounge and orchestra area, this stunning space required subtle elegance reminiscent of the era. The glamorized cues of HAVA Lounge are visible from the moment you walk in, with its "Victorian Chic" décor. Bold dramatic declarations of shapes and patterns, balanced and juxtaposed in Jing-Jang form, bring a unique vibe to this historic Boston jewel. As you move from the Main Lounge to the Back Lounge, the HAVA Lounge's mood is elevated, and a more surreal style is introduced to what used to be the orchestra pit area. The theme of "moths driven to a flame" called for dim lighting and components that would transport consumers to a pleasant summer night on Shanghai's streets – or to a faraway fantasy locale. Both lounges were designed to generate an exciting sense of motion within time and fantasy. We provide a number of customizable options, including as DJs, catering, video and audio, security, bar and servers (for Age Appropriate Events), and more, to help you create a one-of-a-kind, unforgettable event for up to 380 people.
