The Prefunction Atrium's natural aesthetic brings the beauty of the outdoors inside. This area features slate flooring and a ceiling made of red cedar, and it can be accessed directly from the Main Hall as well as the Event Lawn and the Courtyard.

A pro shop, locker rooms, food and beverage services, and an event space to accommodate 220 people (banquet/meeting seating) and 180 (wedding seating) is part of the space, as well. Residents, visitors, and businesses will be able to hold a variety of events at the clubhouse, which will include use of the second-floor ballroom as well as plenty of open-air space. Weddings, quinceaneras, life celebrations, bar or bat mitzvahs, luncheons, corporate gatherings, company meetings, and holiday parties are just a few examples.
