Kellogg House has two beautiful ceremony locations: one near the manor's grand gates, in front of a tranquil ancient water fountain, and the other in the back of the estate, surrounded by lush trees and foliage. Receptions may seat up to 200 people and are hosted outside on our vast, picturesque garden terraces. Our lovely Grand Room, replete with a comfortable fireplace for a romantic setting, is available for smaller gatherings. The Grand Room can accommodate up to 60 persons in comfort. The Kellogg House Coordinator will choose and direct the Cal Poly Pomona host or hostess who will be present at your event. Chairs and tables are available and included in your Kellogg House agreement. There will also be a guest registration table provided. The chairs and tables are perfect for the head table, buffet table, or any other purpose you can think of.

“Love Piccolo, Love!” Gussie's is a project of passion inspired by co-owner David Thate's love of Italian cooking and serving friends and family. The inspiration of the restaurant comes from his grandmother Augusta “Gussie". For Thate, recounting the time being in the kitchen with grandma, helping her throw dinner parties for friends and family was always the best time. As Thate grew, he took what he learned not only from his own experiences with Grandma Gussie, but also his great aunts and his own travels to Italy. Gussie's Handmade Italian brings all those experiences together. The goal is to bring the joy of dining together to you by using the freshest ingredients and freshly made traditional Italian pastas. The Claudette restaurant is named after Claudette Sammut, the 91 year-old mother of Guy Sammut, who with his wife Reine own two beautiful restaurants and a small hotel in Loumarin. Carlos stumbled upon the property on a sunny October afternoon and was so inspired by the beautiful setting, Reine’s food, Guy’s incredible warmth, and the Sammut family’s story, that he asked Guy – before dessert was even served – if they could name the restaurant after his mother. Luckily, he said yes. Claudette is available for private dining & large-party events such as cocktail receptions, dinners, wedding receptions and more.

Delray Beach is getting a taste of sustainable seafood and local organic meals. Lionfish, a hotspot in San Diego, is planned to open in the fall of 2020 on the beach town's bustling Atlantic Avenue. In an appealing, casual atmosphere, Lionfish serves fresh-catch meals, grass-fed meats, and local, seasonal ingredients. Lionfish, which has been recognized twice as a James Beard Foundation Smart Catch Leader, brings a sea-to-table approach to dishes, letting the freshness of the fish shine through the simplistic, yet perfectly seasoned cuisine. Serving its namesake Lionfish, a species that is devastating the ocean, particularly the Caribbean, by devouring fellow marine life and harming coral reefs, Lionfish is doing its lot to help save the ocean's environment. The rare, delicious white flaky fish will be served in a multitude of ways, including whole fried and as the centerpiece of a citrus-infused ceviche. Every Lionfish removed from the ocean helps preserve future generations of other fish. Light, fresh appetizers and a selection of small, shareable plates round out the menu. The Lionfish restaurant takes a socially aware approach to farm-to-table cooking, relying largely on farm fresh vegetables and grains to create delicious dishes. Every mouthful reveals our dedication to using locally produced products and supporting area vendors. In addition to the contemporary cuisine, Lionfish has a creative beverage menu with time-honored classics, a comprehensive wine list, and a selection of local craft brews. Founded in 1992 by avant-garde visionary and theater director Robert Wilson, The Watermill Center is an interdisciplinary laboratory for the arts and humanities situated on ten acres of Shinnecock ancestral territory on Long Island’s East End. With an emphasis on creativity and collaboration, Watermill ​integrates performing arts practice with resources from the humanities, research from the sciences and inspiration from the visual arts. ​The Center is unique within the global landscape of experimental artistic practice and regularly convenes the brightest minds from across disciplines to do, in Wilson’s words, “what no one else is doing.”

The Kim Sing Theatre, formerly the vaudeville house and movie theater, was built in 1926. The Kim Sing Theatre was artfully reimagined in the early 2000's for private use and re-opened to the public in 2017 for the first time in 17 years. Retaining original details such as bow truss ceilings and the customizable neon marquee sign, the site has been modernized into a striking and flexible space with a full residential kitchen, serving station, and AV room. The center of the old theater has been turned into a 2,200 square foot private outdoor courtyard. Kim Sing Theatre is a unique event space. Since it's rebirth, the space has been celebrated for being one of LA's most interesting venues and is respected for its achievement in architecture and design. Suitable for 125 standing or 75 seated guests, they've hosted a variety of events including: corporate conferences & branded activations, product launches, happy hours, private dinner parties, weddings and more. The venue features elegant & modern décor, a bar space, outdoor breakout space, and in-house amenities.
