The Barnhill Center is located in Downtown Brenham, Texas, at the Historic Simon Theatre. The Barnhill Complex is a multi-purpose conference and event center located midway between Houston and Austin. The Simon Theatre, which opened in 1925 and was designed in the majestic Beaux-Arts Classical Revival architectural style, provided a magnificent venue for many theater events, film screenings, and ballroom dances. To create the theatre for the city of Brenham, the James Simon family commissioned Houston architect Alfred C. Finn, whose career included creating a number of important Houston buildings as well as the San Jacinto Monument. Today, thanks to a multimillion-dollar refurbishment, the glitz and opulence of the historic Simon Theatre is preserved for future generations in the Barnhill Center at Historic Simon Theatre. Hasskarl Auditorium is a 321-seat theatre that has been restored to its former glory using cutting-edge technologies such as Digital Cinema Projection. Boxwood Lodge was highlighted for its statewide significance in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, and social history when it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. The 51 acre estate was divided into 9 smaller portions in 2001 so they could be sold one at a time at auction. The present owners bought Boxwood Lodge and its 51 acres at the auction in order to preserve the land and maintain all tracts and buildings under a single ownership. They wanted to bring back the splendor of Boxwood Estate and preserve both its heritage and its hidden gem for future generations. Since 2002, the manor, cabin, carriage house, and grounds have all undergone extensive renovations that adhere to "standards for rehabilitation and is consistent with the historic character of the property or district in which it is located." The National Park Service of the United States Department of Interior has designated Boxwood, a building that is officially recognized as being historic, as a "certified rehabilitation."

The John Alden Club is a private membership organization founded in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1969. Built incrementally on Minuteman Lane over more than two decades, its facility grew from a lower-level meeting room in 1974 to an upstairs function hall in 1979 and an outdoor pavilion completed in 1991 — together spanning more than 8,000 square feet of event space. The indoor Rental Hall accommodates up to 180 guests across 4,000 square feet, with a full-service bar, private bridal suite, dance floor, and commercially equipped kitchen. The outdoor Pavilion offers covered space for 200 or more guests with a dedicated bar, cooking facilities, and a surrounding lawn with horseshoe pits and a volleyball court. A comprehensive renovation in 2021 refreshed both the course and the clubhouse.
