Mont Shenandoah sits on a riverside property in Bath County, Virginia's Western Highlands, bordering the George Washington National Forest with waterfront access to the Cowpasture River. Founded in 1927 by Nannie West of Richmond and now in its third generation of family management under director Ann Warner, the property operates as a girls' summer camp during the summer months and transforms into an event venue for weddings, retreats, reunions, and special events the rest of the year. The grounds offer several distinct settings for hosting events. The Feed Bag, a dining hall with a full commercial kitchen, hand-built river-stone fireplace, and a wrap-around porch overlooking the river, suits ceremonies and receptions alike. West Lodge, a recreation hall with an open dance floor and large stage, works well for indoor gatherings. Castle Manor is an event venue in Hyde Park, Utah, in the Cache Valley, founded in 2009 and now owned by Anthony and Jeanie, whose family connection to the property dates back to its founding. The venue pairs timeless architecture with modern versatility across five distinct event areas, together accommodating groups from 50 to 1,500 guests for weddings, receptions, and corporate events. The Chapel Area anchors the venue with soaring ceilings and a curved staircase connecting the main floor to an upper balcony, seating up to 700 guests across its 6,400-square-foot main floor and 2,200-square-foot balcony. The Second Floor & Balcony offers more than 15 windows with panoramic mountain views and a year-round outdoor balcony warmed by patio heaters, while the West Waterfall Grounds and South Gazebo Grounds move ceremonies outdoors amid a rock-landscaped waterfall, curved bridge, and twin gazebos. Rentals include tables, chairs, and linens along with setup and takedown, and an on-site commercial kitchen is available at no charge for outside caterers to use. A large parking lot accommodates more than 120 vehicles, and dressing rooms are provided for the wedding party.

The Foxburg Inn is a 24-room boutique hotel perched on the banks of the Allegheny River in Foxburg, Pennsylvania, nestled among the wooded hills of the Allegheny Mountains. Every room and suite looks out over the river, and the property's cantilevered deck extends the view further, giving guests and event hosts a waterfront backdrop within walking distance of Foxburg's restaurants, shops, and wineries. Renovated in 2022, the inn blends bed-and-breakfast warmth with hotel-level service. Standard rooms and corner suites include king or double beds, Keurig coffee makers, mini-fridges, and Beekman 1802 bath amenities, with several suites adding fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs. A wheelchair-accessible room, complimentary parking, and continental breakfast round out the guest experience, and front desk staff are on site around the clock. Steeple Hall occupies the second floor of Mission Oak Grill, housed in a converted Baptist church in historic Newburyport, Massachusetts. The building dates to 1805, and its cathedral ceilings, stained glass details, and floor-to-ceiling windows give the space a character suited to weddings and private celebrations. A 2002 renovation preserved the historic architecture while adding contemporary updates including new flooring, a refreshed bar, and a greenery wall. With capacity for up to 180 seated guests, Steeple Hall is the only wedding venue in Newburyport able to host that size of event comfortably. The space scales from 25-person corporate meetings to full receptions, and accommodates cocktail parties and private dinners of various sizes in between. A private outdoor patio offers a garden setting for up to 35 guests, and a Farmers Table in the main dining room provides a more intimate option for groups of up to 18. The venue is fully handicap accessible, air-conditioned, and equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and a wireless microphone. An on-site Event Director is available full-time, and catering across all spaces is provided by Mission Oak Grill.

Ramada Canyon 66 Resort sits on Historic Route 66 in Kingman, Arizona — the longest uninterrupted original stretch of the highway in the country — at 3100 East Andy Devine Avenue. The full-service hotel celebrates its Route 66 heritage through more than 200 hand-painted murals of movie stars and classic television scenes displayed throughout the property. The Filipino Community Center in Waipahu, Hawaii occupies a three-story, 50,000-square-foot building on two acres near the historic Oahu Sugar Mill. Recognized as the largest Filipino community center in the United States and outside of the Philippines, the center was inaugurated in 2002 and was designed with Spanish-inspired architecture that reflects Filipino heritage. The center's two indoor ballrooms — the Casamina Ballroom and the Flores Ballroom — each span approximately 2,871 square feet and seat up to 190 guests individually, or 380 guests combined. The Consuelo Courtyard provides an open-air alternative for up to 100 guests, suited for weddings, luncheons, and evening receptions. All rental spaces include round tables, banquet chairs, a podium, a drop-down screen, a dance floor, and complimentary Wi-Fi. On-site catering is available through Sinublan, specializing in Hawaiian and Filipino cuisine.

The University Club of Saint Paul has occupied its Summit Avenue clubhouse since 1913, when architects Reed and Stem — the firm behind Grand Central Station and the Saint Paul Hotel — designed the building in the tradition of London's great turn-of-the-century city clubs. Set on a bluff overlooking Downtown Saint Paul and the Mississippi River Valley, the club was the first of Saint Paul's major private clubs to open its membership to women and today welcomes both members and non-members for private events. The Summit Room serves as the primary event space, accommodating ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions for up to 200 guests, with seating for 150. An adjoining Terrace provides additional space and outdoor access. The club hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, social events, and celebrations of life. On-site catering features customizable menus, experienced waitstaff and bartenders, and all tables, linens, and silverware. Dedicated event coordination is included with every booking.

The Plex Events is a large-scale event venue in Fort Wayne, Indiana, offering 10,000 square feet of dedicated banquet space within a 60,000-square-foot sports and entertainment complex. With 65-foot ceilings and a flexible layout, the facility accommodates weddings, corporate gatherings, social celebrations, and community events of nearly any size — from intimate receptions to large-scale productions. The venue hosts wedding receptions for 200 to 250 seated guests through its standard packages, with additional seating available for up to 1,500 guests. Wedding packages include table linens, basic centerpieces, lighting and décor, champagne and wine glasses for the wedding party, and setup and teardown service. Outside catering is permitted with advance arrangement. The Plex Events also maintains relationships with 13 nearby hotels that offer special pricing for guests attending events at the facility. The venue accommodates up to 132 guests and hosts one event at a time, offering complete privacy for each celebration. The primary indoor reception space is the Ballroom, which features a full bar and a large catering kitchen. For ceremonies, the property offers multiple outdoor sites alongside a covered Lakeside Pavilion that also serves as a rain-day backup. A rooftop balcony provides an additional outdoor gathering space, and dedicated bridal and groom prep rooms are available for wedding-day preparations. While weddings are the main focus, Vizcaya Villa also hosts birthday parties, vow renewals, baby showers, and similar private events. LJVM Coliseum occupies the heart of Wake Forest University's campus in Winston-Salem, NC, a landmark arena managed by Legends Global that serves as the home of Wake Forest Demon Deacons basketball and a year-round destination for major concerts, speaker series, and private events. The arena's scale, infrastructure, and storied place in university life give private gatherings here a setting that stands apart from conventional event venues. Six private event spaces accommodate groups of 50 to 500 guests. The 26,000-square-foot Arena Floor — with a center-hung video scoreboard, full concert-grade sound and lighting, dressing rooms, backstage access, and a loading dock — excels for banquets, galas, award ceremonies, and trade fairs at scale. Beartown Lakes Reservation is a park managed by the Geauga Park District, set along the shores of two lakes within a mature beech-maple forest in Auburn and Bainbridge Townships. Two reservable covered shelters — North Point Shelter and Minnow Shelter — accommodate outdoor gatherings, each equipped with picnic tables, electrical outlets, a grill, and nearby restroom facilities. North Point Shelter overlooks Lower Bear Lake and hosts up to 72 guests, while Minnow Shelter, tucked among the trees, welcomes up to 75 guests. Three trails totaling 2.8 miles wind through the park, and a new boardwalk-style gathering space and accessible overlook, completed in 2025, add to the venue's event offerings. The natural setting makes Beartown Lakes Reservation a fitting choice for family reunions, group picnics, and nature-centered celebrations in Geauga County.

At the heart of Miami's Design District, Swan is an indoor/outdoor dining experience from hospitality gurus David Grutman and Pharrell Williams, who also designed the restaurant. Swan's totally redesigned menu is built on seasonal and market-driven ingredients that bring robust tastes to the forefront of the dining experience for its customers. The menu consists of elegant rustic food as well as exciting communal meals, with something for everyone on the menu. Swan is a stylish restaurant and bar in a lush setting with a sidewalk café that serves European-style meals and drinks. A pink bar that seems like it would be perfect for Elle Woods after a hard day in court greets you as soon as you enter Swan, which is located in the Design District and can be found just next to the entrance. Light pink and blue are used to decorate the space, which gives the impression of being in the dollhouse of a modern-day fairytale princess.

The Wingate Barn is a rustic wedding and event venue set on eight acres of countryside in Livonia, New York, surrounded by hay and corn fields. Housed in a barn that began as a working dairy farm in the late 1800s, the property has been transformed by lifelong Livonia residents Roger and Leighana Wing into a setting for weddings, family reunions, birthday celebrations, and school events. The main barn pairs warm wood floors and a vaulted ceiling with rafter lighting and dimmable chandeliers, seating up to 200 guests with a dance floor or roughly 240 without. Outdoor ceremonies take place at a rustic arbor overlooking the acreage, with a gazebo and an indoor arbor available as alternatives. A bride's suite converted from the original milk house offers four vanity stations, and a groom's room in the former milking parlor opens onto a private patio. Couples receive three days of access along with tables, chairs, heat and air conditioning, four indoor bathrooms, a handicap ramp, and an on-site coordinator. An extensive rental catalog of linens, glassware, and décor is available by the piece, and the pet-friendly grounds include verdant lawns, expansive decks, a pavilion, and a propane fire pit with farmland views.

Located within the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, the Lee & Rose Warner Coliseum offers a versatile setting for large-scale events, exhibitions, and entertainment. Originally built in 1951, this historic indoor arena features seating for thousands of guests along with a spacious central floor that can be customized for a wide range of event formats. Known for hosting livestock shows, equestrian events, and high-energy performances, the venue blends classic fairground character with flexible event capabilities. Expansive concourses and an open layout support seamless guest flow, making it an ideal backdrop for corporate events, showcases, and community gatherings.

Alhambra Hall is tucked away in Mount Pleasant's Old Village neighborhood. This former ferry terminal, which overlooks Charleston Harbor, is furnished with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and airy southern porches that wrap around three sides of the structure. There are no conflicts between events because we only organize one event per day. Alhambra Hall's primary rental space, which is a well-liked location for weddings and celebrations, is about 3,280 square feet. The main hall is 80 feet long and 40 feet broad. 350 people can fit in the building at most. For a sit-down meal, the main hall can accommodate 200 people comfortably. All rentals may conclude as late as midnight on Saturday through Thursday and 1 a.m. on Friday. However, please remember that the fee of your nighttime rental covers using the space for an event that lasts no more than six (6) hours. Plan properly for your start and end hours.
