The Bushwick Starr
207A Starr St, Brooklyn, NY 11237, USA- Spaces for 70 Guests
The Bushwick Starr is an award-winning nonprofit theater in Bushwick, Brooklyn, that has served as a home for artists, community, and bold new work since 2007. What began as a neighborhood arts space has grown into one of Brooklyn's leading venues for ambitious and cutting-edge theater, with a reputation for work that is boldly experimental. In April 2021, the organization purchased its permanent home at 419 Eldert Street — a 5,000-square-foot Bushwick building — and completed a full renovation in August 2024. The facility is LEED-certified and fully accessible, housing both performance and education programming under one roof. The Starr takes a distinctly artist-centered approach: creators develop productions in the same space where performances take place, rather than building work elsewhere and importing it. The venue champions individual artists rather than specific projects, and serves a broad community through affordable programming for students, seniors, and neighbors of all backgrounds.

Metropolitan Building
5101 11th St, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA- 1 Event Space
The Metropolitan Building in New York City is the location of the wedding. Getting Married at the Metropolitan Building in Long Island City – This location is magical. From the outside, it appears to be a typical brown stone factory building in the middle of the old and industrial part of LIC, Queens, which is typical of many places in New York City. When you walk through the door, you are transported to another century. Very vintage in appearance, and you can only imagine how many stories this wedding venue could have to tell given its over 100-year existence. Furthermore, celebrating the wedding of Yvonne and Jack with family and friends in this magnificent building was a perfect fit. We started early to make the most of the many floors that this wedding venue had to offer, giddy with anticipation for the big day to finally arrive. The main (2nd Floor) is a beautiful setting for your wedding reception, ceremony, and even dinner, depending on the size of your wedding reception party. The entire space is ethereal, filled with earthy colors and brick walls, as well as gorgeous wooden floors. From the windows, you can see the Queensboro Bridge, which gives you the impression that you are right in the heart of New York City. The third floor is a photographer's dream come true. A floor covered in antiques, mirrors, and props, which contributes to the creation of a very special vintage atmosphere for wedding photographs. There is also a piano, a red room for the bride to get ready in, and a large amount of space for couple portraits as well as large groups and family portraits to be taken on location.

"She had such a commanding presence and always ensured that the staff was preparing everything with the freshest, most genuine ingredients possible," her son, Robert, said of his mother. Despite the fact that Dina passed away lately, her spirit lives on via Arte Cafe and the meals that are served today. Belvedere Estates
Tarrytown, NY, USAThe Belvedere Estate, situated on more than 25 acres in Westchester County, is a one-of-a-kind property. The estate consists of a large house and many smaller structures scattered over the grounds, all of which include excellent historical elements from the 1920s. A wooded region and cliff with views of the broad Hudson River and the Tappan Zee Bridge provide a range of lovely and peaceful vistas. The Belvedere was once part of Philipsburg Manor, a 90,000-acre property and one of America's richest landholdings, and was built in the 1910s. Dr. Philip Gillette Cole bought it in 1928 and renamed it Zeeview. It was built by Florence and Casper Whitney and purchased by Dr. Philip Gillette Cole in 1928. The home at Zeeview looked out over the huge Hudson River and the "Tappan Zee" with ease. The Coles erected the Agora House and the Studio on the land and displayed their significant collection of American Western art, which was ultimately moved to the Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The estate was purchased by Samuel Bronfman of the Seagrams Whiskey dynasty after Cole's death. After the Bronfmans' primary mansion in Toronto, the property was christened Belvedere. Belvedere became the headquarters of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification in 1972. The Belvedere Estate is now a stunning event and meeting venue, perfect for receptions, wedding ceremonies, meetings, office parties, location and film shoots, and any other occasion requiring a stunning interior and external setting. Union Square Park
900 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10022, USAUnion Square has been a gathering area for about 170 years—for trade, entertainment, labor and political rallies, and relaxation. The park gets its name from its location at the crossroads of two important New York City thoroughfares, Bloomingdale Road (now Broadway) and Bowery Road (now Fourth Avenue). Union Square first opened to the public on July 19, 1839. Its paths, which wind through lushly landscaped lawns, were inspired by London's affluent residential squares. The design concentrated on a big central fountain, which was constructed for the completion of the Croton Aqueduct in 1842, and accentuated the park's oval shape (contained by an iron picket fence). Union Square became a significant commercial and residential area as New York City's downtown extended northward. The grounds of Union Square have hosted a variety of public gatherings, including parades, labor protests, political rallies, and official events such as the United States Sanitary Commission's Great Metropolitan Fair in 1864. Because of its significance in American labor history, the United States Department of the Interior designated Union Square Park as a National Historic Landmark in 1997. The park line will be extended south 14th Street, and the traffic island on which the Gandhi statue now sits will be incorporated into the park.
