Tucked into Refugio Canyon on California's Gaviota Coast, about 20 minutes north of Santa Barbara, Circle Bar B Guest Ranch is a third-generation family-owned property spanning 1,100 acres of rugged canyon land. Founded in 1939 by Florence Brown, the ranch has hosted guests for generations amid lush creeks, mountain ridgelines, and views stretching to the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. For weddings and private celebrations, the ranch is available on an exclusive-use basis, accommodating up to 150 guests. The property includes the main lodge, indoor dining room, full bar, outdoor deck areas, library, and billiards room — all reserved solely for the wedding party and their guests for the duration of the event. Overnight accommodations for up to 65 guests are available across 17 cabins, cottages, and ranch rooms, allowing for a true destination-wedding weekend experience. In-house catering provides fresh California-inspired ranch cuisine for rehearsal dinners and wedding dinners, with customizable menus to accommodate dietary needs. Guided horseback rides through canyons and creeks, a pool and hot tub, hiking trails, and proximity to Santa Barbara's wine country and beaches round out the guest experience.

Gainey Vineyard is a fourth-generation family winery and event venue set on the Home Ranch property in Santa Ynez, California — in the heart of Santa Barbara wine country. The original 1,800-acre ranch was established by the Gainey family more than 60 years ago as a working cattle and agricultural operation; the family converted 50 acres to grapevines in 1984 and built the estate into one of the Santa Ynez Valley's signature vineyard destinations. Eight event spaces accommodate gatherings of all sizes, from an intimate 20-guest dinner in the Club Lounge to a 750-guest celebration in the Circular Courtyard. Spaces range across outdoor lawns, a shaded terrace framed by ancient oaks, a working barrel room inside the original winery structure, a private cellar dining room, and the landmark 1891 Barn — a beautifully preserved historic structure surrounded by meadows and oak trees. The Terrace and Vineyard View Lawn both offer sweeping panoramas of the Santa Ynez Valley. Venue rental includes exclusive use of the selected spaces, access to the full Gainey wine portfolio, tables and chairs for groups of 300 or more, café bistro lighting, wood-burning fireplaces, a full-service catering kitchen, on-site event staff, pre-approved Santa Barbara County event permitting, and ADA-compliant facilities.

Oak Park Stage is an outdoor wooden stage located within Oak Park, a beloved 17-acre community park in midtown Santa Barbara, California. Nestled beneath towering coast live oak trees and shaded grassy fields, the stage serves as a natural gathering point for live performances, cultural festivals, and community celebrations throughout the year. The park itself hosts long-standing annual events including the Greek Festival, French Festival, and a variety of Latin American cultural gatherings. The stage can be rented separately or in conjunction with the adjacent main picnic area, making it adaptable for performances, ceremonies, and group events. Electricity is available on site, alcohol is permitted by prior approval, and complimentary parking is provided in an adjacent lot. Restrooms are located nearby. The Santa Barbara Maritime Museum (SBMM) is a waterfront event venue and working museum situated in the heart of the Santa Barbara Harbor, at 113 Harbor Way. Dedicated to preserving and celebrating the coastal and maritime history of the Santa Barbara Channel, SBMM offers a distinctive setting where sweeping views of the harbor, ocean, and Riviera form the backdrop for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Four rental spaces accommodate events of a wide range of sizes, from intimate gatherings of 12 in the fourth-floor Crow's Nest to full-museum buyouts that seat up to 150 and welcome as many as 250 standing guests. The main floor and mezzanine anchor the full museum experience, while the Upper Patio — available exclusively for evening events — offers open-air harbor views. The Munger Theater seats up to 60 guests in a dedicated screening and lecture configuration. All rentals include tables, chairs, and A/V equipment, and the museum permits guests to bring their own caterer or alcohol with no corkage fee, subject to SBMM catering and licensing policies.
