The Castle has traditionally concentrated on its summer pop-up series, but they are now extending its doors to host private events like weddings and parties as well as limited-edition dining experiences all through the fall and winter. In partnership with nearby event organizers Laurel & Rose, the magnificent property will introduce a fresh Forest Feast idea to mark the passing of the seasons. The Castle also intends to invite visitors to enjoy socially-distant meals in contemporary greenhouses that will be positioned throughout the vast historic site during the winter months. Greystone offers a multitude of magnificent sites for private dinners, ceremonies, cocktailing, and receptions, making it the ideal setting for small weddings as well. The Riverside Library and Cultural Center is an 18,500-square-foot joint-use facility in Old Town Evans, Colorado, opened in Fall 2014 and designed to evoke the character of a historic train depot. Operated in partnership by the City of Evans and the High Plains Library District, the building serves as both a community library and a versatile event destination. The Banquet Hall is the center's primary event space, featuring large windows that bring in natural light and a state-of-the-art projection and audio system. The hall accommodates up to 240 guests and divides into three independently rentable sections, making it well suited for weddings, quinceañeras, family reunions, birthday celebrations, and corporate gatherings of varying sizes. Clients may arrange their own catering or bring their own refreshments, and table and chair setup is included with every rental.

Ptarmigan Country Club is a Jack Nicklaus-designed private country club set in Fort Collins, Colorado, about an hour north of Denver. The club's facilities include a championship golf course with five sets of tees, tennis courts, a swimming pool and bathhouse, a practice tee, and a chipping area — all managed by Heritage Golf Group, a leading operator of private clubs across the U.S. For private events, Ptarmigan opens its facilities to both members and outside guests. The main event space accommodates up to 160 guests indoors, with capacity expanding to approximately 220 when the adjacent outdoor patio is incorporated. Weddings, corporate meetings, seminars, fundraisers, quinceañeras, milestone celebrations, and holiday parties are all hosted here. In-house catering handles food and all beverage service, and the events team coordinates the process from initial inquiry through the event itself.

NOCO Islands is a private island event venue established in 1999 on a lake at 4171 Kechter Road in Fort Collins, Colorado. Guests reach the island destinations by shuttle boat, arriving at a setting designed around sandy beaches, waterfalls, tiki bars, and fire pits — offering a summer retreat atmosphere for gatherings in Northern Colorado. Three distinct island destinations accommodate events of varying sizes. Li'i Li'i Island suits smaller, private gatherings, while the Big Island's West Side and East Side can be reserved individually or combined for larger groups. Events including both islands can host up to 500 guests, with a minimum of 80 per island reservation. Available seasonally from June through August, the venue is well suited for corporate outings, wedding receptions, family and class reunions, graduation celebrations, and birthday parties. Included amenities span swimming access, a water trampoline, canoes, pedal boats, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and outdoor seating with a commercial grill and tiki bar area. Grand Junction Wedding Manor, formerly Mountain View Farm, is a historic wedding and event property set on five acres in the Orchard Mesa area of Grand Junction, Colorado. The main farmhouse dates to 1903, and the property operated as a working agricultural operation for decades before Bob and Jeri Prescott opened it as a public event venue in 2016. The grounds offer multiple outdoor ceremony settings — including a heart-shaped koi pond, a gazebo with panoramic landscape views, and a lush lawn — alongside a 1,500-square-foot courtyard for cocktail gatherings and a recently renovated 3,200-square-foot indoor reception hall. The hall accommodates up to 189 guests and is fully climate-controlled. Amenities include an outdoor dance floor, a catering kitchen, tables, chairs, table runners, drapes, centerpieces, a moveable bar, and two get-ready suites — a bridal suite and a groom's lounge — included at no additional cost. The venue allows couples to bring their own vendor team and offers venue-only rentals at published rates, making the planning process straightforward from the first inquiry.

Boyd Lake State Park is a water-recreation destination in northern Colorado, situated at the westernmost edge of the plains near the foot of Longs Peak in Loveland. The park encompasses 2,082 land acres and 1,700 water surface acres, offering expansive views and an active outdoor setting for group gatherings and special events. The Mariner Point Group Picnic Area accommodates up to 200 guests and is available for exclusive reservation from mid-May through mid-September. The space sits on a secluded peninsula near the marina cove and features a covered pavilion, 20 picnic tables, electricity and running water, food preparation countertops, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, a private playground, and a dedicated parking lot. Rental includes 12 hours of event time. Groups hosting activities beyond standard picnicking — such as bounce houses — may submit a Special Activity Agreement through the park office. Boyd Lake State Park is managed by Colorado Parks and Wildlife and is accessible daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. The park is located at 3720 N County Road 11-C, Loveland, CO 80538.

The McCreery House is a nationally registered historic home in Loveland, Colorado, built between 1888 and 1901 by Reverend William H. McCreery — a Presbyterian minister and former superintendent of schools for Larimer County. Known historically as "the Showplace of Loveland," the residence features a notable monogram tile floor and the intimate character of a family home that has been carefully preserved through more than a century of ownership. The venue hosts one event at a time, welcoming up to 100 guests across its home and gardens. The family-owned operation suits weddings, receptions, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday gatherings, holiday events, and corporate functions — with the full property reserved exclusively for each occasion.

The club offers over 5,500 square feet of flexible event space across four distinct rooms, accommodating gatherings from intimate 15-person meetings in the Sinnett Room to receptions of up to 175 guests in the Grand Ballroom. The covered outdoor Gazebo adds an alfresco option ideal for social events and ceremonies, with mountain views as a backdrop. Full-service catering is provided by an on-site Executive Chef and culinary team, with menus ranging from tray-passed hors d'oeuvres to seated dinners. The bar carries what it describes as the finest tap lineup in Northern Colorado, with 100 beers on draft alongside wine and spirits. A full kitchen rounds out the offering, built around the philosophy that great food is simply more fun in a great bar.
