Maritime flourishes — rope motifs around the main entrance and twisted rope balusters along the grand staircase — remain from that era. The Harrison Family has owned and operated the inn since 2016. The inn's 12 elegantly furnished guest rooms include soaring 14-foot ceilings, 12-foot doors, and original woodwork, with options ranging from parlor-level suites with mahogany fireplaces to upper-floor rooms with private patios overlooking the park. Each stay includes a full gourmet breakfast, evening beverages with appetizers, and in-house baked sweets. For intimate celebrations, Forsyth Park Inn hosts elopements and wedding ceremonies for 2 to 45 guests in its private courtyard garden, with packages that include an officiant, coordinator, florals, a two-tier wedding cake, and couple accommodations. The inn can also be reserved as a full-house buyout for groups of up to 22 overnight guests.
