The Historic Train Depot The Historic Train Depot in downtown Hogansville is more than 120 years old, and it was built before the city of Hogansville was founded. The rustic elegance of this venue's unique history, elegance, and eccentricity will provide an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind wedding experience. Enjoy the outdoor ceremony area, which is flanked by lush landscapes and vintage railroad wagons dating back to 1914. The Freight Room is located on the first floor and is where farmers from all over the region would ship their commodities and products to Atlanta. The imprints where the cotton bales were hauled to the waiting freight train can still be seen on the original heart pine floors. You'll be immersed in nostalgic history at Hogansville's Depot. The centerpiece is an 1902 Victorian hotel featuring 15 stained glass windows, seven fireplaces, and a collection of period antiques — available for day-long rental to accommodate bridal preparations and private gatherings before a ceremony. The property also includes a historic train depot reception site and a barn, offering multiple outdoor ceremony settings that overlook horse pastures, barn frontage, and a grove of pecan trees. The venue accommodates up to 80 guests across its event spaces. In-house catering is provided through County Line Cafe, and rentals include tables, chairs, linens, and complimentary décor. Parker Place Events hosts weddings, receptions, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, graduations, baby showers, family reunions, church functions, festivals, and fundraisers, with appointments available seven days a week.

Del'avant Event Center occupies a restored historic building in the heart of downtown LaGrange, Georgia — the former home of Kress and McLellan five-and-dime stores, redeveloped in 2011 as part of a Downtown LaGrange Development Authority initiative. The 10,000-square-foot venue blends period details — exposed brick walls, original tin ceilings, hardwood floors, iron staircases, Venetian plaster finishes, and eight custom chandeliers — with modern event infrastructure including theatrical lighting and a professional sound system. Three distinct spaces accommodate a range of event sizes and styles. The Kress Ballroom, anchored by its grand chandelier installation, hosts receptions and galas for up to 300 guests. The McLellan Parlor offers an intimate chapel-like setting for ceremonies of up to 280 guests. The Rooftop Garden, an outdoor terrace with greenery and water features, brings an al-fresco dimension to cocktail hours and smaller gatherings of up to 175 guests. Del'avant operates with a bring-your-own-caterer policy — no required caterers, no vendor surcharges, and no food or beverage minimums — giving planners and clients full flexibility over the culinary experience. A dedicated on-site event coordinator supports each event from initial tour through the day itself. Interstate 85 and 185 are both within three miles, and several hotels are within walking distance of the venue.

Victoria Belle Mansion and Vintage White Barn is a boutique event venue set on a lush three-acre estate in Hogansville, Georgia. The property centers on a circa 1897 mansion — originally known as the Daniel Mansion, built by local businessman Dave Daniel — alongside a Vintage White Barn that adds rustic charm to the estate's historic character. Together, the two structures and the surrounding grounds offer a range of indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces suited for gatherings of 50 to 300 guests. The estate grounds include a waterfall, fountains, a vineyard, manicured gardens, and a ceremony gazebo, providing five distinct ceremony sites: in front of the Mansion, inside the Mansion, at the Garden Gazebo, overlooking the Estate Vineyard, and in front of the waterfall. The Vintage White Barn accommodates up to 300 guests for receptions. Victoria Belle books only one event per day, ensuring each celebration has exclusive use of the full property. The venue offers wedding and event packages — from straightforward rental arrangements to full-service options that include catering, cake, DJ, floral design, and a certified wedding consultant. Rehearsal dinners, bridesmaids' luncheons, and corporate events are also accommodated.

Blalock Lakes Club is a private sporting club set on 1,600 acres in Newnan, Georgia, 45 miles south of Atlanta. The land carries a history stretching back centuries — Creek Indians once called it home, and in the late 1940s, local businessman and state politician Daniel Braxton Blalock developed the property as a private family retreat where generations gathered to fish, water ski, ride horses, hunt, and explore the natural landscape. The club's centerpiece for gatherings is The Lodge, situated at the highest point on the property with commanding views, exposed beam ceilings, a stone fireplace, a full kitchen, and a back porch with a fire pit and lawn — a setting the club describes as ideal for private events. The surrounding grounds include a stocked lake with a boat house, a freeform pool with a vanishing-edge design, a 24-stall equestrian barn with lighted arenas, a 12-station sporting clays course, and miles of riding trails through the property's wooded acreage.
