Situated on Upper King Street, it's walking distance to renowned hotels, fine dining, shopping, historic sites, and cultural experiences. Parcel 32 brings together the best of the old and the new. Housed in an 1837 Charleston single home, it was thoughtfully renovated to breathe new life into the building, resulting in an enchanting setting matching the vibrancy of Upper King Street. Each space was meticulously designed to create a modern twist on a historic backdrop, beginning with the courtyard entrance. Guests are immediately drawn to the ornate, custom-designed tile floor and lush plant wall. Once inside, you are welcomed into the Living Room, a lounge area with comfortable seating, adjoining an extensive wine wall. A few steps away, the main Dining Room is adorned with sleek, gold accents and emerald green tufted furniture. An expanded mirror wall reflects the beauty of the space, and the wall-to-wall window opens up to the perfect view of King Street. Charleston's outdoor venue- featuring a restored rooftop space and original garden patio- is the perfect setting for a romantic Charleston wedding, intimate rehearsal dinner before the big day, birthday party with your closest friends, or maybe even a chef dinner underneath the stars. Located right on King Street, this venue is the perfect location to experience all the charm Charleston has to offer. The 2,300 sqft. venue can host up to 230 guests standing or 120 seated. The original brick, ivy covered walls and lanterns adorning the entrance make for a venue your guests will never forget. Our renovated space also has six to ten luxury apartments on-site that be be reserved as a bridal block.

As home to the peninsula's only outdoor music venue, The Refinery contains a unique mix of spaces that can host a wide range of events where we can host up to 2,000 people in a full buyout. When not a full buyout, our property can be broken into 5 individual event spaces both indoor and outdoor ranging from a max of 100 people up to 1500 people, including our 1956 Passenger Railcar. The private event space known as the Porter Room is an excellent choice for a wide variety of celebrations, including weddings, business meetings, retreats, rehearsal dinners, social gatherings, and many more. The Porter Room is a one-of-a-kind venue that offers an experience that is unmatched by any other establishment in the Charleston area. It shares the same marsh-front property as Holy City Brewing. It would be our absolute pleasure to give you a tour of The Porter Room! Tours of any kind are required to have a reservation in advance. Tours of The Porter Room are normally given during the weekdays between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. If you are interested in scheduling a tour of The Porter Room at Holy City Brewing, please send an email to maya@holycitybrewing.com. You or your event planner are in charge of setting up all of the tables and chairs for your gathering. It is mandatory that all decorations, rentals, and so on be picked up on the same day as your event, immediately following the conclusion of the allotted time for the event. The brewery and the venue share a parking lot, which is convenient for both businesses. Please keep this in mind as there is a high likelihood that the parking lot will become full quickly. It is recommended that people use ridesharing services. It's possible that only vendors will be allowed to park there. Please keep in mind that even though there are private events going on, the brewery is still open. We do monitor guests and provide signs indicating that the venue is hosting a private event. Holy City Brewing is responsible for supplying all of the alcoholic beverages. Outside alcohol vendors are not permitted. It is permissible to use any catering company that has both a license and insurance. On request, we are able to provide recommendations for various vendors. The Porter Room does not supply any kind of table linens for its guests. The person who is planning the event is going to be responsible for providing table linens.
