Almost all wedding ceremonies are held outside, unless otherwise noted. Depending on the number of guests attending, small ceremonies can take place in indoor spaces. We have a number of locations on the farm where we can provide overhead coverage if necessary. Tent rental from third-party vendors may be required as additional coverage. We have some recommendations for caterers, musicians, and bartenders, but we do not require the use of an exclusive list for any of these services. We will gladly collaborate with the vendor of your choice. Bella Vita requires that all ceremonies and large celebrations be covered by liability insurance for the entire day of the event. We offer wedding packages starting at $3500 for MicroWeddings and $5000 for weddings with more than 50 attendees. All of this includes the use of 12 round tables and 100 white chairs, as well as a dress rehearsal the day before the event. Wedding rehearsal dinners on the farm are a wonderful way to kick off the wedding festivities. Consider it a pre-party to the Big Day, held in a more intimate setting with your bridal party, close friends, and family members before the big day. In order to create a memorable ambiance, inquire about the secret garden or the undercroft. Instead of a formal rehearsal dinner, you might prefer to have a friendly game of bocce ball or axe throwing as a pre-wedding activity. The cost of a space starts at $500, which includes tables, chairs, and basic white tablecloths. They will return after last call and refund you for anything that was unopened. Or you may bring your own. 6) A deposit will secure your date 7) Payment plans are available with zero % interest. 8) No hidden costs- We do charge a nominal fee for the ceremony if you are getting married here. Shiloh Manor was once a part of a vast land grant owned by Lord William Fairfax, and it is now a private residence. The property, which has been in the family for generations, has played an important role in the history of Loudoun County, supplying goods to the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War, hosting encampments of both the northern and southern armies during the Civil War, and today serving as an elegant and historic setting for weddings and other special events. Located just north of Purcellville, Shiloh Manor has a seating capacity of 100 people and is easily accessible. Our facility's 25-foot-high ceiling, numerous windows, recessed ceiling lighting, and brass chandeliers all contribute to the creation of a bright and airy environment that is fully air-conditioned and heated. A seamless and outstandingly memorable experience for you and your guests is our goal. We have three restrooms, a private bride's suite (with private restroom), professional catering kitchen, musicians loft, and excellent acoustics to accomplish this. It opens through double doors to a well-lit 35'x25' raised patio with travertine floors and a beautiful and unusual stone quatrefoil railing, which is ideal for dancing under the stars. The barn has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. We also have a nearby domed stone gazebo for wedding vows, as well as a large tent-friendly area adjacent to our vineyard for larger gatherings. In addition, we can provide the groom and his groomsmen with a 250-year-old spring house that has been renovated and is fully air conditioned.
