Casa Bianca Banquets & Catering is a family-owned and -operated banquet facility in Oak Ridge, New Jersey, serving Morris, Sussex, Passaic, and Bergen counties and surrounding areas for more than 40 years. The venue is led by owner and head chef Sami Seji, whose more than 30 years of culinary experience anchor a program built around cuisine-forward celebrations — from intimate gatherings to lavish receptions. The ballroom, appointed with crystal chandeliers and a polished dance floor, accommodates weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteen parties, charity fundraisers, and other family milestones. Packages include an extensive cocktail hour, a five-course dinner, and five hours of premium open bar, with an optional Deluxe Viennese Table rounding out the evening. Judney Farms is a family-owned property spanning nearly ten acres in Rockaway Township, New Jersey, easily reached from Routes 80 and 23. Green pastures, white wooden fences, and mountain views set the backdrop for the farm's rustic-upscale event experience, with owners living on the premises. The farm hosts weddings, engagement photo shoots, birthdays, baby showers, and bridal showers. Ceremony settings include a site by the private pond and a stone porch with stone walkway. The venue can be offered as a standalone space or the team can help coordinate tenting, flooring, lighting, and catering vendors to bring a couple's vision to life.
