To complement Chef Kluger’s menu, our beverage program focuses on small, up-and-coming producers, distillers, and brewers in New York. Opened in Spring '23, Greywind boasts an in-house bakery turning out baked goods, snacks, and grab-and-go lunch 7 days a week, to a full-service dining room and bar, to event venues on the 43rd floor of the Set building, to a cozy cocktail bar, Spygold, located just beneath the restaurant, complete with plush furniture and a fire-lit lodge atmosphere. OUR MENU Greenmarket-driven menus are filled with playful, contemporary takes on recognizable dishes. Visitors arrive at Maritime Parc via a stately circular driveway that winds its way around the property. An impressive three-story lobby with a majestic chandelier welcomes guests in grand style, serving as the perfect prelude to the private event spaces on the second and third floors of Maritime Parc (respectively The Sky Room and The Aviary), both of which open out to expansive terraces with views of the water. In the heart of West Chelsea, NY, our venue is located in the center of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan. Positioned just steps from the High Line, our venue is a short walk from Hudson Yards, the Vessel, and some of the most inspiring backdrops in the city. Our building was once a former textile mill with twelve-foot ceilings and massive walls of factory windows. With polished concrete and a white lacquered floor, Eden is flooded with soft daylight throughout the day. The way the sun bounces off the adjacent buildings creates a gorgeous splash of light in the morning and evening on sunny days. The studio has been designed to create a variety of textures and possibilities within one room. From sleek, industrial finishes to a refined wall of ultra-modern paneling, Eden has the look of a classic loft with a chic residential feel. Perched privately on the top floor of the Little Flatiron Building in the heart of the Meatpacking District, our loft-like open space is preserved with white brick walls and original 1849 exposed wood beams and rafters.
