The Victoria Inn is a historic bed & breakfast and event venue set on 5.6 acres in Hampton, New Hampshire, half a mile from the Atlantic Ocean. Renovated in 2013, the property offers two distinct event settings alongside seven overnight guest rooms that accommodate up to 20 guests. The covered Garden Pavilion hosts outdoor events from April through November, accommodating up to 150 seated guests or 225 for cocktail receptions. The open-air Gazebo adjoins the pavilion and is well suited for ceremonies. For smaller gatherings, the Main House welcomes up to 70 guests across a dining room, living room, and enclosed sun room, and is available year-round. The venue provides on-site catering and bar service, day-of coordination, furniture, tableware, and full setup and breakdown. Camp Hammond is a Victorian manor built in 1891 in the seaside town of Yarmouth, Maine, just a few miles from Portland. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the cottage-style period home is a fitting setting for weddings, anniversary parties, conferences, and corporate gatherings. The interior centers on a two-story reception hall with a suspended balcony, complemented by five working fireplaces and quintessential Maine style and décor throughout. Outside, lush lawn and garden surround a fully tented herringbone-style patio, offering a graceful backdrop for outdoor celebrations of all kinds.

Apple Acres Farm is a certified organic working farm in Hiram, Maine, nestled in the western Lakes and Mountains region about 45 minutes from Portland. The farm hosts weddings and private events in its organic apple orchards overlooking the Saco River Valley, with capacity for up to 200 guests. Outdoor ceremonies and receptions take place beneath a white wedding tent set among the fruit trees. The package includes 20 handmade farmhouse tables, wooden chairs, a dance floor, perimeter tent lighting, and a choice of dinnerware, glassware, and linens. Day-of event coordination is included, along with access to a commercial kitchen for caterers and indoor restrooms for guests. The farm also offers its Treehouse Room for smaller indoor gatherings of up to 50 guests, including rehearsal dinners and informal weddings. The Exeter Inn is a boutique hotel built in 1932, featuring Georgian architecture on the grounds of historic Exeter, New Hampshire, near Phillips Exeter Academy. The main hall rises to 60-foot cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams and centers on an oakwood performance stage with state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and audiovisual systems. A grand staircase and lobby reception area welcome guests on arrival. The second floor features a mezzanine with a library, fireplace, and open balcony overlooking the main level. Rivermill at Dover Landing occupies the Picker Building in historic downtown Dover, New Hampshire — a structure dating to the nineteenth century, when bales of raw cotton arrived by gundalow along the Cochecho River to be cleaned and processed into the calico and fine fabrics that made Dover a textile center of its era. The building's 1800s brick-and-beam bones have been thoughtfully restored, preserving lofted windows, rugged pillars, and hardwood floors while creating a setting that holds both character and quiet intimacy. The event loft accommodates anywhere from 75 to 350 guests under a flexible open floorplan, suited to weddings, corporate gatherings, banquets, fundraisers, tradeshows, holiday parties, and concerts alike. Tall arched windows carry views of the Cochecho River, Henry Law Park, and Dover's historic City Hall clock tower. Included in each rental: tables, chairs, a 16- by 20-foot dance floor, a bridal suite, and valet parking on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
