The Founders Hall, built in 2021, was designed by Paul Lewandowski, Principal Architect at Paul Designs Project. This warm and inviting space features exposed cross-laminated timber, a sprung hardwood floor, a raised stage and two double-door load in options. The hall is attached to 317 Main's original building, a historic Italianate-style historic home, located on Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine. This lovely space is perfect for small Weddings, Class Reunions, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Film Screenings, Corporate Events, Retirement Parties, Fairs or Expos. Mila [mee:lah], short for Milagros, meaning “miracles” in Spanish, represents a love story—one of love for each other, family, and a deep passion for hospitality. Mila’s owners, Jay and Liz Curcio, crossed paths over a decade ago through a client of The White Apron. Jay founded The White Apron in 2004, starting from his own kitchen. By 2011, the company had grown to cater weddings across the NH seacoast. Liz, an event planner and trained chef, was living in NYC and helping her best friend plan her wedding in NH, which just so happened to be catered by The White Apron. When Liz and Jay met, sparks flew, and they soon teamed up to grow The White Apron into a premier off-premise catering business, serving events across Maine, Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and the Lakes Region. Through ingenuity and the dedication of their talented staff, The White Apron not only weathered the pandemic but has continued to elevate its food and service as its clientele expands. Ketcha Outdoors is a year-round nonprofit on 107 acres in Scarborough, Maine, offering indoor and outdoor event rental space alongside its youth programs. The property's natural setting — open fields, forest trails, and a working barn — gives weddings, reunions, and corporate gatherings a distinctly unpretentious character that is hard to find in traditional event venues. The centerpiece for indoor celebrations is the Great Room, a 2,200-square-foot space with hardwood floors, a 30-foot vaulted ceiling, large windows overlooking the grounds, and a massive stone fireplace. It seats up to 150 guests and connects through sliding doors to the adjacent Conference Room, which seats 40 or more and works well as a breakout or cocktail space.
