As a company, we're in the business of providing people with what they want... and if that includes a massive private event room loaded with dozens of games and cool, tasty beer, then you've arrived at the perfect spot, my friend. As our event space has grown to accommodate up to 300 people, we've held a broad range of events, including corporate meetings, fundraisers, alumni gatherings, class reunions, wedding receptions, baby showers, and the list goes on and on! In addition to a three-vessel, 40 BBL brewhouse, 620 BBL of fermentation space, and 320 BBLs of brite beer storage, we have a 620 BBL of fermentation space. Clarification of all of our beers is accomplished with the help of a GEA centrifuge. Red Hare, like with a small number of other craft breweries, is fortunate in that it has a full-time biochemist and a fully equipped laboratory for quality control. We were the first craft brewery in Georgia to can its beer, and we were the first brewery in the world to use the evercan, an aluminum can with a high recycled content. With a 40-head filler and six-head seamer, our canning line is capable of packaging nearly 480 cases every hour (about 11,520 cans)! It is possible for us to process 50 BBLs of beer per day on our kegging line.

You could say that Porch Light is the new face of the neighborhood hangout. Ethnically inspired to serve a consumer base that is craving more Latin spiced foods, Porch Light combines the adventure of a local dive with an updated, approachable look and feel. Customers will adapt easily to the fast casual service by day and the full service platform during the dinner hour. A lunch counter provides a front and center view of the goings on in the kitchen and creates an intimate connection between the guests and the staff. Not resting on meat alone, Porch Light will feature a nimble assortment of side dishes including street corn, plantains, yucca fries, moles and other eccentric snacks. Proteins, vegetables and fruits will be sourced from local farms. Thirsty guests can choose from curated selection of indie craft beers and small vineyard vino by the glass. Traditional Latin leche’s, (sweetened milk), beverages will be featured in addition to sodas and other fruit drinks native to the Puerto Rican market.

A contemporary, whimsical approach to American food is combined with a casual, trendy setting at Seed Kitchen and Bar, which is located in the center of the developing East Cobb neighborhood eating scene. The seasonal cuisine features products sourced from local farmers and craftsmen wherever feasible, as well as an uncompromising pursuit of quality, all of which is exquisitely prepared and presented. In his home neighborhood of East Cobb, Chef & Owner Doug Turbush has brought his many years of big city cuisine, globe travels, culinary awards, and guest-focused service to bear. Doug Turbush and his family have resided in the neighborhood for the last 15 years. In the case that you would want to reserve the patio space for an event, we can accommodate you as long as the weather permits. If you have made a reservation on the patio, we will not be able to hold a table for you inside at the same time. We do request a buyout of the patio for groups of 25 or more people. In order to determine the minimum food and beverage costs, the number of guests must be multiplied by the price of the pre fixe menu. As long as the bare minimum is covered, there is no charge to use the patio space.
