We’ll also help with custom floor plans so your flow—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—feels intuitive and stunning in photos. Bring your dream team: outside caterers, DJs, and décor vendors are welcome with proof of insurance. For guest safety, alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender, and our no-shots policy is kindly enforced. Day-of event liability insurance is included with your rental; for events over 100 guests, please provide a COI naming Designed Events as additional insured. There is a $100 deposit and $35 room charge to secure a reservation. The deposit is applied to the final total of the bill and refundable up to 24 hours before the event.
