The Springfield Township Gazebo centers on the Vince Mealy Bicentennial Gazebo, an open-air structure on the shores of Springfield Lake in Springfield Township, a suburb of Akron, Ohio. The gazebo overlooks the water and borders a walking trail, making it a well-suited setting for outdoor ceremonies and community events — including the township's own Springfield Rocks! Summer Concert Series, a free Friday evening series held from June through August. Adjacent to the gazebo, the Center on the Lake is a recently remodeled indoor event space that can accommodate up to 200 guests, with tables and chairs provided for 102 seated guests. The building features full-wall windows overlooking the lake, a full kitchen, a bridal suite, and an outdoor deck. The Greek Community Center is a 12,500-square-foot event facility at 129 South Union Street in downtown Akron, Ohio. Built by the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and opened in 1981, the venue is now operated by Tangier for private events and celebrations of all kinds. The main hall seats approximately 500 guests and features a stage, a buffet room, and a large commercial kitchen. Approximately 15 breakout rooms in varied configurations expand the venue's flexibility, making it equally well suited for multi-session corporate conferences and large seated receptions. Full-service catering and on-site parking are available for all events.

The Akron Art Museum occupies a landmark campus in downtown Akron — a renovated 1899 Italian Renaissance revival post office building alongside the 2007 John S. and James L. Together, the two structures create a setting unlike any conventional event venue, defined by dramatic angles, concrete walls, soaring glass, and the building's signature Roof Cloud, a 327-foot cantilevered steel-and-aluminum canopy that stretches over both buildings. Built in 1938 by Civilian Conservation Corps Company 576, the lodge is considered one of the world's largest structures constructed from wormy American chestnut, with a sandstone floor and fireplaces hewn from locally quarried Berea Sandstone. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and represents a distinctive example of CCC "parkitecture," characterized by horizontal lines, low silhouettes, and the use of natural regional materials. The centerpiece of the lodge is the 4,000-square-foot Great Hall, which accommodates up to 200 seated guests beneath exposed beams and a mason jar chandelier. A screened-in porch adjoins the hall, looking out over a rolling meadow. Surrounding grounds provide access to miles of trails within the national park, making Happy Days Lodge well suited to weddings, meetings, retreats, and private celebrations of all kinds. It sits within Cuyahoga Valley National Park, just steps from Brandywine Falls, surrounded by the park's woods and trails. The property offers six guest suites across the original farmhouse and a renovated carriage barn, each with a private bath and its own historic character, along with a full breakfast each morning. Beyond overnight stays, the Inn hosts small gatherings such as private meetings, overnight retreats, elopements, family and friend reunions, and afternoon teas, with space for up to 22 guests. New innkeepers took over the property in April 2023, continuing its role as a quiet, historic retreat inside the national park after 36 years under previous ownership.
