Honeypot takes great pride in being recognized as one of Downtown's premier event spaces by industry leading brands and individual clients, who continue to seek us out for our reputation, distinct aesthetic, design freedoms, and convenient location in the heart of the city. All of these considerations are critical when considering all of the essential elements required for a successful private event. As a private event space, our studio is equipped with sufficient power, a beautiful floor print, natural light, and a dramatic composition. Our studio also serves as a unique work space. Interactive product experiences, new product launches, brand activation, dinner receptions, influencer engagement, and weddings - for both intimate and large groups - are all possible applications. The property is located in the South Park District of Downtown Los Angeles, just a few blocks from the Convention Center, L.A. Live, the Grammy Museum, the Historic Core, and many other attractions. Honeypot has had the pleasure of hosting private events for a variety of prominent companies, creative brand agencies, and event coordinators who are interested in hosting private events in the fields of fashion, film, music and entertainment, art and culture, and other related fields. In return, Honeypot provides a transformable white-canvas studio space that can withstand any transformation. This results in an elegant branded environment that can be used to attract, host, and engage target audiences. In addition to our dynamic layout, easily brandable walls, and distinctive aesthetic, we offer smart space transitions as well as brand placement convenience and dramatic composition. Our interconnecting studio spaces are ideal for introductions and reveals because of their large display wall (28 feet wide) for presentations, vertical panels mounted on the wall for branded vinyl, and our 28 foot wide display wall. Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

Palos Verdes Art Center, also known as the Beverly G. Alpay Center for Arts Education, is a community arts organization situated atop the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Set within a facility featuring an expansive, glass-ceilinged Atrium and surrounding art galleries, the center offers a distinctive backdrop for events ranging from intimate business meetings to full wedding receptions, formal dinners, and holiday parties. The Atrium and galleries provide flexible event space that can be configured for a range of gatherings. Rental fees directly support the center's ongoing art exhibitions, educational programming, and community outreach initiatives — including school artist residencies, the Wessel Photography Program, and Art At Your Fingertips. Palos Verdes Art Center is home to seven active artist groups and hosts year-round exhibitions alongside private events, creating an environment where art and celebration share the same space.

loftSEVEN is a one-of-a-kind filming location in the heart of historic Downtown Los Angeles that is available for hire. A total of 16,000 square feet is spread across two stories. One of the most impressive features of the penthouse is the stunning open showcase kitchen. loftSEVEN's touch-screen-controlled AV system is state-of-the-art, and it includes six distinct sound zones, three LCD displays, two DLP projectors, and an endless number of LED lighting configuration options. The loftSEVEN Rooftop is where the real magic happens. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the downtown Los Angeles cityscape, as well as views of the scenic mountains to the north. On-site, a small catering kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave is available for guests' use. Security and safety measures include six-foot-tall glass barriers, as well as a 12-speaker sound system that wraps around the solarium. Allies Creator Studio is a raw industrial boutique space located in South Park, Downtown Los Angeles, blocks from LA Live, the Fashion District, and Gallery Row. Founded by Felix Arguelles and Tanya Arguelles, the studio was designed as a creative hub for independent artists, startups, and corporate teams seeking an alternative to conventional event venues. The 3,000-square-foot space features a 25-foot ceiling height, a 13-foot storefront window with natural light and blackout capability, a fully functional kitchen, makeup and changing areas, and ground-floor access with an active driveway for easy load-in and load-out. WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a sound system are included with bookings. The studio hosts corporate events, product launches, workshops, pop-up shops, photography and film productions, and private celebrations. From concept through completion, the Allies team works with clients to plan and execute events across all of these formats.

The Association is a 2,700-square-foot craft cocktail bar and private event venue located at 110 East 6th Street in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Anchored by a 60-foot bar and outfitted with leather banquettes, a custom sound system, and warm, moody lighting, the space draws on an intimate, unpretentious atmosphere that suits everything from milestone birthday celebrations to corporate gatherings. The venue accommodates 175 or more guests across private and semi-private configurations, with leather banquette sections that seat 10–30 per section. A fully equipped DJ booth and house sound system are on-site, and valet parking is available. Outside catering is permitted with prior coordination. The Association is available for private and semi-private bookings any day of the week and is part of the CIRCA93 collective of bars in Downtown Los Angeles.
