The Lodge Beverly Hills is a historic hunting lodge built over 110 years ago, set on a secluded property just minutes from the heart of Beverly Hills. Originally part of land acquired in the early 1900s by the Anderson family — developers of the Beverly Hills Hotel — the Lodge served for years as a private hideaway for the hotel's most distinguished guests, who arrived by horseback through canyon pathways to dine beneath towering oak and sycamore trees. Rescued from demolition in 2012 and carefully restored, the property retains its Old Hollywood garden character while welcoming a new generation of private events. The grounds accommodate gatherings from 10 to 125 guests, making the venue equally suited to intimate garden parties and larger seated celebrations. Year-round blooming gardens, mature centennial sycamore and oak trees, and a classic footbridge form the backdrop for weddings, private dinners, photo shoots, and garden parties. The Lodge sits on lower Benedict Canyon Road in Beverly Hills, surrounded by some of the area's most storied historic estates.

Bella Donna Catering – West Hills is a cozy banquet hall set on quiet grounds at 23838 Kittridge St. in West Hills, California. The venue accommodates gatherings of 75 to 150 guests and is well-suited for weddings, quinceañeras, company appreciation parties, and milestone celebrations. The hall features an adjustable lighting system and smooth linoleum flooring that opens up a natural dance floor. Guests can move onto a private patio surrounded by grassy grounds and a water fountain, while a children's playground makes the space family-friendly. Two private bathrooms and a spacious private parking lot are on site. Bella Donna Catering's in-house catering team — with more than 40 years of experience — provides food, linens, china, glassware, and servers for both buffet and sit-down events.

Located in the heart of downtown's Fashion District, California Market Center is the hub of LA's fashion and creative communities, home to showrooms, events, creative offices, and businesses catering to the DTLA community. Built in 1962 by the Morse family as the first wholesale fashion marketplace west of the Mississippi, “California Mart” quickly became the primary center for fashion business in Los Angeles. Now comprising three towers that span more than 1.8 million square feet, CMC has a proud history in the global fashion industry as the heartbeat of LA’s fashion intersection. Acquired by Brookfield Properties in 2018, CMC is in the midst of an exciting $170-million redevelopment. As of January 2020, fashion showrooms and events have a new home in the CMC’s newly renovated Building C while Buildings A & B close to the public for renovation, relaunching in 2021 as a revitalized, mixed-use campus. The new CMC will build on an incredible legacy of passion and collaboration as it welcomes the next century’s creative visionaries.

Broken Spanish is a documentary that follows the development of its chef, Ray Garcia. Combining the classically trained chef who was born and raised in Los Angeles with the powerful influence of a Latin upbringing, the result is a unique culinary experience. Broken Spanish draws its inspiration and flavors from a diverse range of sources to create an experience that is one-of-a-kind, distinctive, and visually stunning. Broken Spanish demonstrates Chef Ray Garcia's distinct culinary perspective while also making a significant contribution to the world's abounding culinary heritage. Flavors that are both bold and refined are used to express the cuisine. Finished dishes are presented in a contemporary manner while preparations demonstrate elements of long-established tradition. Otium offers event spaces for your next celebration in Los Angeles, California. Otium is a restaurant that removes the formalities of dining and instead focuses on the quality of the food, the warmth of the service, and the relaxed casual atmosphere. With an open kitchen that connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, it is intended to be a social gathering place. The name of the restaurant, Otium, has its origins in Latin and is intended to convey the idea of a place where time can be spent engaging in leisurely social activities. With options ranging from intimate dinners on our mezzanine to large gatherings on the plaza, as well as off-site catering, we are happy to personalize the experience for you and your guests. It's on the patio. Our patio has a view of the grassy park that we share with The Broad Museum of Contemporary Art. On the Broad side of the patio, there is a gas fire pit as well as lounge seating for guests. On the other end of the patio, there is a wood-fired rotisserie with seating for a full-service dinner. The Palm Sophia Rooftop is a beautiful and sophisticated event and filming area that is located in the middle of Culver City. The neighboring main room has the privilege of having forty percent of its walls and glass doors that can fully accordion away to connect to fresh air for your comfort. The breathtaking rooftop is the crown gem of our three-story structure that has a total of 17,000 square feet of flexible creative space. Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

One of the most impressive features of the penthouse is the stunning open showcase kitchen. loftSEVEN's touch-screen-controlled AV system is state-of-the-art, and it includes six distinct sound zones, three LCD displays, two DLP projectors, and an endless number of LED lighting configuration options. The loftSEVEN Rooftop is where the real magic happens. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the downtown Los Angeles cityscape, as well as views of the scenic mountains to the north.
