Paul Kares is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Paul Cullen, former bass plated for the 80's rock band, Bad Company. We are dedicated to helping young aspiring musicians and culinarians reach their dreams. Providing dinner concert series and private party rentals, enables us to use the proceeds to provide scholarships, training and tools so our applicants can pursue careers in their chosen artistic field. The Room is the perfect venue for smaller gatherings up to 60 guests. Our event manager will help design the perfect menu within your budget and match the music and/or entertainment to fit your style. When you rent The Room, you give back!

Cape Henlopen State Park spans more than 5,000 acres along Delaware's Atlantic coast, where the Delaware Bay meets the ocean at the southern tip of the Delmarva Peninsula. The park sits near Lewes and offers a distinctive mix of coastal scenery, WWII-era military history at Fort Miles, and a range of event facilities suited to celebrations of many sizes. Private events range from barefoot beach ceremonies to large tented receptions accommodating up to 250 guests. The park's venues include the Main Beach Pavilion, which seats up to 200 at picnic tables along the waterfront; the smaller Gordon's Pond Pavilion for more intimate gatherings of up to 50; and the Cauffiel Barn, a newly restored Pennsylvania bank barn that seats 200 and provides a rustic-elegant backdrop within steps of the historic Cauffiel House and its landscaped grounds. The Biden Environmental Training Center offers meeting and dining rooms for conferences, retreats, and educational programs accommodating groups of 30 to 80. Boardwalk Plaza Hotel is a Victorian oceanfront hotel situated directly on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The property blends Victorian architecture and décor with modern hotel amenities, offering 84 guest rooms that range from standard accommodations to oceanfront suites. For private events and celebrations, the hotel's Kent and Sussex oceanfront banquet halls accommodate groups of 20 to 100 guests, making them well-suited for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and corporate functions. Built in 1876 for the United States Life-Saving Service, the Indian River Life-Saving Station is one of the few life-saving facilities on the Atlantic Coast that still stands in its original location. Restored to its 1905 appearance — complete with Queen Anne-style architecture, decorative brackets, and diamond-shaped trim — the station is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and now operates as a museum within Delaware Seashore State Park, located on Route 1 between Rehoboth and Bethany Beach. The property is available for outdoor tented weddings, receptions, and private events from mid-May through mid-October, with grounds that can accommodate up to 250 guests. The venue's oceanfront setting places guests steps from the Atlantic, with ceremony options on the beach beyond the dunes and reception space in a large tent set directly over the sand. Holts Landing State Park sits along the southern shore of Indian River Bay in Millville, Delaware, encompassing 203 acres of bayshore beach, hardwood forests, grassy fields, and freshwater ponds. Originally the Holt family farm, the land was acquired by Delaware in 1957 and opened to the public in 1965. The Grove is the park's dedicated event space — a natural, open-air setting among mature trees designed for outdoor tented receptions of up to 300 guests. It works equally well for intimate garden ceremonies and large celebrations, with a stone fire pit for bonfires and s'mores, a fishing pier extending into the bay, and sweeping water views that make a particularly memorable backdrop at sunset. The park also offers a reservable pavilion accommodating up to 80 guests, complete with a large grill, for picnics, reunions, and smaller gatherings. Situated in a restored 1914 brick Victorian home at the edge of historic downtown Lewes, Delaware, The Savannah is a boutique bed and breakfast and spa that opens its doors for intimate private events alongside its guest accommodations. The inn hosts gatherings of up to 40 guests in its party room, suited for rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, birthday and graduation celebrations, retirement parties, and small business events. Groups looking to take over the entire property can reserve the inn through its Run of the House option, which provides exclusive use of the building and its six guest rooms — a natural fit for wedding parties or close-knit celebrations. Indian River Marina sits within Delaware Seashore State Park on the north side of the Indian River Inlet, four miles south of Dewey Beach and just west of the Indian River Inlet Bridge. Delaware's largest marina, the facility offers direct access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the inland bays, with waterfront views of the Indian River and Rehoboth Bays that shape the character of every event held here. For celebrations, the marina's centerpiece is The Point — an outdoor ceremony and reception site framed by the modern Indian River Bridge and the surrounding inlet waters. The space accommodates up to 250 guests for tented receptions, with a multi-use pole barn, a private beach access path, and parking for up to 70 vehicles. Outdoor areas allow caterers and vendors to set up on site. Twelve rental cottages overlooking the inlet provide convenient on-property accommodations for the wedding party and guests. A conference room is also available for smaller meetings and gatherings. Event dates are typically offered in May, June, September, and October.
