In addition to exclusive beach access, a picture-perfect ocean view, and a private balcony known as the Catwalk that overlooks the ocean, the Sunset Room is also pet-friendly. The Sunset Room has a capacity of 50 to 100 people and can accommodate a variety of events. The Movie Room features a 360-degree view of the ocean and direct access to the private beach. 10 to 50 people can comfortably sit in the Movie Room at the same time. The Sunset and Movie rooms can accommodate a total of 150 guests without a dance floor and 100 visitors with a dance floor when both rooms are used together. Along with our private event venues, we have two stunning semi-private spaces for dinner parties and outdoor celebrations that are perfect for any occasion. The Main Deck boasts panoramic ocean views, a refreshing ocean wind, and a lively beach club atmosphere. The Main Deck can hold anything from 20 to 200 people comfortably. The PCH Deck is a small, private outdoor area that is ideal for cocktail parties and happy hour gatherings. Cocktail parties can be held on the PCH Deck, which can comfortably seat 20 to 75 guests.   Orcutt Ranch Horticultural Center is a 24-acre historic estate managed by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, located at 23600 Roscoe Boulevard in West Hills. The property was originally the vacation retreat of oil pioneer William Warren Orcutt, and its Spanish Colonial Revival residence — completed around 1926 — features glazed tiles imported from Mexico and carved mahogany and walnut woodwork from the Philippines. The grounds include a seasonal rose garden, a 700-year-old Coast Live Oak, wandering nature trails, a citrus orchard, a rustic barn, a courtyard fountain, and a gazebo. The venue accommodates events for 40 to 300 guests, making it well-suited for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, and private celebrations.   Del Monte Speakeasy

  Established in 1915 by Italian immigrant, Cesar Menotti, Townhouse is the oldest bar in Venice and one of the oldest bars in the Los Angeles area. Townhouse's live entertainment basement, The Del Monte, was a true speakeasy during Prohibition (1920-1933) and a night-life nucleus, serving many nefarious and infamous characters of the day, masked cleverly by Menotti's grocery store above. Underneath the rows of produce was a trap door and dumbwaiter that could bring down two guests at a time. Alcohol was brought in by boats from Canada and then smuggled via underground tunnels. Once Prohibition ended in 1933, a staircase was added. Today both floors serve hand-crafted cocktails from the golden age of drinking with classic bartending techniques and know-how and offer a fine library of world-class spirits, beer, and wine. The Del Monte features the crème de la crème of live entertainment including live music, djs, comedy and burlesque, five to seven nights per week.
