  Main Dining Room The Main Dining Room at Tribeca Grill is the restaurant's center point, and it has a sleek industrial warehouse feel to it. An ancient mahogany bar from the legendary "Maxwell's Plum," exposed brick walls, and artwork by the late Robert De Niro, Sr. adorn the space. Cocktail parties for up to 350 people or a formal dinner for 175 people can be held in the whole Dining Room. Loft The Loft is a bright, open room on the second story with beautiful hardwood flooring, 15-foot ceilings, and exposed brick walls. It also has its own entrance and private facilities.   SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. These spaces are available for video, photo productions, corporate special events, and product launches. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator.   Smith & Wollensky New York has operated at the corner of Third Avenue and 49th Street since 1977, earning its place as one of the city's defining steakhouse institutions. The restaurant has hosted Warren Buffett's annual Glide Foundation benefit luncheon for over 16 years — a tradition that has raised more than $25 million for the foundation. The kitchen maintains strict standards in beef preparation: USDA Prime cuts are dry-aged and hand-butchered in-house in a dedicated aging facility held at 36 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately four weeks, with between 7 and 12 tons of beef aging at any given time. For private events, the second floor offers four skylit rooms — the American Room, Brandy Room, Club Room, and Derby Room — accommodating groups from 20 to 130 seated guests. The rooms operate independently for intimate gatherings or combine to take over the entire floor for larger events.
