Kingwood Center Gardens is a 47-acre historic garden estate in Mansfield, Ohio, built as the country home of industrialist Charles Kelley King. Kingwood Hall, the French Provincial-style mansion at its center, was designed by architect Clarence Mack and completed in 1926; the estate opened to the public as a garden in 1953 and today is known for its distinctive floral displays, formal gardens, woodland trails, a display greenhouse, and a resident duck pond and peacocks. For weddings and private events, Kingwood hosts everything from intimate ceremonies to grand receptions across its gardens and grounds, including gazebo ceremony sites, a bricked courtyard, and the Carriage House with its private patio. Rentals include free admission and parking for guests, white wedding chairs and tables set up and torn down by Kingwood staff, a final walkthrough and ceremony rehearsal, and audio/visual systems in select venues. Beyond weddings, Kingwood's rooms and grounds also accommodate bridal and baby showers, anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, graduation and birthday parties, and business meetings and conferences.

The Mansfield Art Center sits on 8 wooded acres in Mansfield, Ohio, inside a sculptural white building designed by architect Don Hisaka and completed in 1971. The design earned a Progressive Architecture National Citation Award that same year, and in 2014 the Ohio Historical Society named it one of the top 100 historical buildings in the state. The Center traces its roots to 1945, when it began as the Mansfield Fine Arts Guild, hosting exhibitions and classes around Richland County before settling into its permanent home. Today the Center's gallery spaces and three-season pavilion host weddings, receptions, anniversaries, graduation parties, class reunions, and business meetings amid the building's modern architecture and wooded surroundings. A 2021 expansion added a new Education Wing with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, housing a glassblowing hot shop and ceramic studio alongside the Center's galleries. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with power-assist doors, an elevator connecting its two floors, and accessible restrooms.

Sauer's Farm Park is a 186-acre historic property managed by the Ashland County Park District, set east of Greenwich, Ohio. The grounds preserve the Sauers family homestead, including timber-framed barns dating to the 1850s, an apple orchard with 45 varieties, a fishing pond, and more than three miles of trails winding through hardwood forest and prairie grassland. Sauers Barn, a century barn at the heart of the property, is available for private rentals from May through October. The space accommodates up to 250 guests for weddings and large celebrations, with twelve 72-inch round tables and twelve 96-inch rectangular tables included. On-site amenities include handicap-accessible restrooms, a bar area with refrigerator, and paved parking with overflow areas. The oldest barn on the property houses a two-story cider press from the 1880s alongside original farm implements, anchoring the site's agricultural heritage and giving the venue a character that purpose-built event halls rarely carry.
