This private dining room is bright and airy, with slate floors, large windows, live plants, and a fireplace to keep you warm in the winter. This room simulates the feel of being outside without the need for a rain plan to be in place. The Presidential Room can accommodate up to 40 people. There are large windows in this semi-private room that provide a beautiful view of the Potomac. Featuring beautiful chandeliers, a fireplace, and leather seats, this room is sure to make you feel like a presidential guest in the White House! The Lafayette Room can accommodate up to 60 people. The most opulent of all our rooms, with a ballroom-like atmosphere. This room, in addition to having stunning views of the Potomac, is also decorated with exquisite chandeliers and exquisite furnishings. In our Lafayette room, which is adjacent to our patio, a portion of the space will be reserved for your event, as well (weather permitting). The Pergola Covered Patio can accommodate up to 55 people. Our patio provides a panoramic view of the natural beauty that surrounds us. With bistro lights strung across the ceiling, a wall of ivy, and topiaries, this could be the best seat in the house! In the event of inclement weather, your group would be able to use the Lafayette Room as a makeshift shelter. To reserve this space, a guarantee of a minimum food and beverage spending amount is required.

Old Hickory Golf Club's course was meticulously built to complement its surroundings. The par-72, 7,190-yard championship course was designed by Tim Freeland of Jacksonville, FLA, who formerly worked for golf great Gary Player's design business and also collaborated on the design of Raspberry Falls Golf and Hunt Club, Old Hickory's sister course. Old Hickory Golf Club is a difficult course with several creeks to traverse and views to see, but it is also a course that golfers of all skill levels will appreciate. Hosting an event here at The Stables of Rolling Ridge is a fantastic way to get to know the farm and its surroundings! Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, birthday parties, corporate retreats, and social gatherings can all be held in the luxury of the countryside at one of the outdoor event sites! Reservations for the farm are accepted from April through November on Sundays through Fridays. The tented reception venue is available for events with a maximum of 60 participants. The price of the reservation includes a tented event venue as well as furnishings for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. Beautiful handcrafted wooden ceremonial benches and farm tables are among the furniture options. Prepare for a smaller celebration such as an intimate wedding, elopement, baby shower or birthday with a smaller guest list. Up to 25 guests can be accommodated in the floral shop above the barn, or a workshop-style celebration with Rolling Ridge Floral Design is an option. Workshops and floral shop reservations are available all year round, as are seasonal workshops. Any farm event would benefit from having a favor table in the form of a workshop! Rolling Ridge Farm and Homestead is a family-run farm and homestead. The site is closed to the general public and only available for activities that have been scheduled in advance. Newton White Mansion is a Neo-Georgian estate built in 1939 by architect William Lawrence Bottomley for Captain Newton H. White of the U.S. Navy. Set in Mitchellville, Maryland, adjacent to the 586-acre Enterprise Golf Course, the mansion combines historic architecture with a glass-enclosed contemporary atrium — a pairing that makes it well suited for both formal and celebratory events. The mansion accommodates up to 240 guests seated and 300 standing across six large rooms, two side porches, and the glass atrium, which overlooks the 13th hole of the golf course. A large brick patio with a central fountain, surrounded by lush gardens and woodlands, hosts outdoor gatherings of up to 200 guests. The venue is managed by Prince George's County Department of Parks and Recreation and is available year-round for weddings, corporate meetings, retreats, holiday parties, milestone anniversaries, and similar events. Montpelier Mansion is an 18th-century Georgian Colonial estate and National Historic Landmark located on approximately 70 acres of parkland in Laurel, Maryland. Built between the 1780s, the property is surrounded by lush evergreens and 200-year-old boxwoods, with formal gardens that have been carefully preserved alongside the mansion's original architecture. The mansion features two wings fitted with chandeliers, cathedral ceilings, and crown molding, making the spaces well suited to intimate gatherings, ceremonies, and receptions. The smaller wing accommodates up to 40 guests and the larger up to 85. Event rentals include seven hours of event time and come equipped with a warming kitchen, audio-visual equipment, and wireless internet. Free parking is available on-site, and the property is partially wheelchair accessible. Beyond its rental spaces, the site preserves the histories of the Snowden family and the 169 enslaved people who lived there, including its rare 18th-century summer house — one of only two on their original foundations in the region. The Old Manassas Courthouse is a restored 19th-century courthouse at the corner of Grant Avenue and Lee Avenue in Old Town Manassas, Virginia. Built as Prince William County's fifth courthouse, the building served as the county seat from 1894 until 1982 before being restored and reopening to the public in 2001. Upstairs, the original courtroom has been rehabilitated into a ballroom that hosts meetings, receptions, and private celebrations for up to 100 guests, with tables and chairs provided. The surrounding grounds carry their own history: Civil War-era cannons and a commemorative monument remain on site, marking the courthouse's role as the location of the 1911 Peace Jubilee, when President Taft stood on the grounds to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the First Battle of Manassas. Prince William, Virginia's Bel Air 1740 is a sophisticated, new English garden venue that is located approximately 25 minutes south of Washington, DC in Prince William. Beloved Bel Air is a private 25 acre enclave of spectacular rural beauty nestled in the heart of a bustling urban region with easy access to Uber / taxi service as well as a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and other services. Because of its beautiful rolling fields, elegant lawns, and lovely English gardens, Bel Air 1740 is a beautiful venue for indoor and outdoor receptions, pictures, and ceremonies. It also has a new Wedding Barn for ceremonies and receptions. The 7000 square foot climate controlled wedding barn has a capacity of 150 guests (with a permit, it may accommodate up to 200+ guests). A wheelchair accessible facility on a single level has been constructed. An imposing great hall with 25 foot ceilings and a cutting edge theatrical sound and lighting system are among the many highlights of the barn. The barn is equipped with two large ready rooms, a huge warming kitchen, and a wide covered terrace that can be enclosed with glass panels and heated during the colder months.
